The answer is no, obviously. You can never have too much Toad!This controller takes the classic GameCube shape, makes the whole thing wireless, and now I have the coolest (and most easily identified) controller in the house!It works perfectly! I can play Monster Hunter, Pokemon, and of course the classic Smash Bros with ease, comfort, and a complete lack of lag.If you're like me and you simply must have everything with Toad on it, or if you're like me and you simply must have many different controllers, or if you're like me and you love bringing classic vibes into modern arenas, this controller is for you!

I absolutely love this! I was looking for a GameCube style controller that worked with Android. I tried another brand and had issues, but this one seems to work perfectly. It also comes with a cord that has a decent length to it, which is nice. It feels almost identical to the original GameCube controller, with a few differences. The shoulder buttons are different than the original GameCube in the sense that they either go in or they don't, they don't have the range of the old controller. They also added another Z button on the left, which is a nice upgrade. It's also lighter than the original GameCube controller, which isn't an issue. Overall, if you're looking for something to use for Super Smash Brothers on the Switch or for games on your Android, and you want something that feels as close to the original GameCube controller as possible but with the additional buttons that modern systems require, I highly recommend this.

I brought this to a computer festival for some GameCube emulation. Well I did have to install a third-party driver for a macOS 10.15. (I believe it was the Xbox 360 controller driver), once that was done, this worked like a charm.Overall, I would say these are close to an original game game controller, but not 100% perfect. I asked people how it felt, and more experience, GameCube players said “close, but not exact”. I agree: close, but not exact. As far as I’m concerned, it’s close enough, are of good quality, it’s really nice not having to deal with batteries, or wireless controller is going to sleep all the time. I’m very happy I purchased this. I haven’t used it with the switch yet, but I’m hoping this will be perfect for GameCube games when the Switch 2 comes out.

I play smash regularly and i swear by these controlers. I find it to be good quality and like the extra added L button adds extra layer to my gaming. However a change has been made from the last batch... Instead of the ZL&ZR trigger buttons being spring loaders like the previous batch, they are now button orientated and the button its self only presses down halfway. Annoyingly now i cant get a short hop out of my jumps because of this change. Now i must alter my gameplay to adapt, not the worst thing in the world but more of an inconvenience. If you could change it back to the original model i would be chuffed and will happily rate you back to 5*. Other than that all is well with this product.

Don’t ever bother wasting your time with purchasing this. If you’re a casual and play like 5 minutes a year then yeah maybe this is the bang for your buck.If you bought it to play more button intensive games like super smash bros you’re going to have a bad time. I had this controller for 19 days before the buttons were hard sticking to the motherboard (Didn’t even play everyday). I even opened it multiple times to clean it, adjust screw pressure and still would stick within a few button presses. I have never left a negative review on an item but I had such a bad experience with this dog**** I felt it was needed to warn other people. BTW this is an official licensed Nintendo product..
Best GC controller that exists!
Very good controller that is GC like, and compatible with Dolphin!It is a Nintendo certified product for the Switch, but you can use on PC or Mac as well, no problems!
