Definitely worth the money. I’m a hot sleeper and I’ve tried everything from blackout drapes to cooling bed sheets, those nightstand A/C where you add water to stay cool and I still would wake up sweating. Doesn’t help that my room gets the most sun and is over the kitchen. I saw this cooling pad and thought sure give it a try. The directions say to add tap water but with my area having hard water I would use the gallon distilled water, course I would have it cold and instantly the pad was cycling cold water through the pad. I love that it has a built in fan for air flow. It is a bit noisy however it becomes white noise to me since I sleep with a fan. I was finally able to sleep a full night without having to toss and turn trying to cool down. The cooling pad provided relief to my aching muscles as well. Definitely worth the purchase!!!

I was skeptical when I made this purchase having tried numerous products over the years that just plain didn't work or cost way more than I was willing to spend. I sleep hot and spend alot of time tossing and turning because of the heat trapped between my body and the mattress. As a retired engineer, when I looked at this product I thought, this might actually work and you couldn't beat it for the price. I just wasn't sure it could provide enough cooling to make a difference. I'm pleased to tell you that it does. As a matter of fact, it can be too cool. I've been using it for the last couple of weeks on the lowest fan speed with it set to run for 3 minutes on then 7 minutes off cycle and even then it can get a little chilly after a few hours. It cools by using evaporative cooling which means you have to add water every couple of nights but since there is no compressor, it doesn't use much energy and is much cheaper than other products that have an actual refrigeration device. Will require some maintenance every month and I wish it was more controllable but still I am very impressed for the price and can't believe how well this thing cools.

It's perfect for hot sleepers except the cleaning part. I've tried cooling blanket, blanket fan in the past but couldn't happy with that. But finally this one actually keeps me stay cool and comfortable all night.HOWEVER, you have to clean the water tank and drain the water from the mattress. You have to bring your mattress to your bathroom to drain it out. Also, the water tank is not easy to clean well. You can only rinse the tank. If don't wash the tank every 1-2weeks, molds will grow in the water and you'll smell it.It'd be great if I could open the water tank and brush it.But even with this hassle, this is the most perfect item for hot sleepers.It's way less noisy than a normal fan as well.

Life. Changer. I bought this for my boyfriend, because he's an extremely hot sleeper that basically soaks the sheets in sweat, while I'm freezing from the cold. After one night of using this, we knew it was worth every penny. He can't even use it on the highest setting because it's too cold! He absolutely loves it and sleeps so well now. Easy to upkeep, quiet, and not difficult to use. 10/10 recommend.

I bought one for my adult son. He absolutely raved about how great it was so I bought one for myself. When I told him I had ordered one, he said he wished I'd have talked with him about it because he no longer liked his. He said it didn't cool down much anymore. He stated after the first couple weeks it stopped the great cooling he'd liked so much. I still gave mine a try. It worked great for a couple weeks and then not so much. I drained and rinsed as directed and it did not seem to improve. I wanted to like it as much moving forward as I had when I'd first gotten it. I reached out to the seller and received no response. It was an expensive purchase to only work well for a couple weeks.I reached out to the company through their website. (Their response went to my junk mail folder.) After hearing back from them, they offer to replace both units and ship them directly to each of us. They did not require us to return the used units but stated normally they would - this was a relief as my son had already thrown away his unit. I am hopeful the replacement units will last longer.The customer service rep who emailed me throughout this process was terrific. She was polite and responsive. Her help alone made me want to increase my star rating for this review, which I why I am now giving it 3 stars instead of one.

Ich habe aufgrund von Medikamenten mit Nachtschweiß zu kämpfen und kann diese Auflage auf jeden Fall Mitleidenden empfehlen.Ich schalte sie erst kurz vor dem Einschlafen auf der niedrigsten Stufe ein, ansonsten wird es zu kalt zum einschlafen - aber es ist ja auch erst März. Ich weiß jetzt schon, dass dieser Sommer angenehmer wird für mich :)Es gibt in dieser Preiskategorie nichts vergleichbares, ich kann es nur empfehlen.Danke, dass ich keine 900€ ausgeben muss um den gleichen Effekt zu haben!

Mine works great. Only problem is when I am traveling and have to sleep without it!Doesn’t feel super cold when you first get on it, but over the course of the night it does a great job of redirecting your body heat.

...und das ist nicht so gut.Im Prinzip bekommt man wirklich das, was in der Beschreibung steht. Allerdings sollte man sich im Klaren darüber sein, was das bedeutet.Man bekommt hier wirklich eine Wasserkühlung fürs Bett. Allerdings nicht in dem Sinne, wie zum Beispiel bei einer Computer-Wasserkühlung o.ä.Der Knackpunkt für mich liegt in dem Wort "Verdunstungskühlung". Im Prinzip bekommt man hier nämlich einen Luftbefeuchter, im Englischen auch "Swamp Cooler" genannt. Diese Geräte bedienen sich dem Phänomen, dass bei der Verdunstung von Wasser, der Umgebung Wärme entzogen wird.Das Problem hierbei ist jedoch, dass das verdunstete Wasser ja irgendwohin muss und das ist in diesem Fall der Raum.Man erhöht mit diesem Gerät also die Luftfeuchtigkeit und das kann negative Folgen haben, wenn der Raum nicht gut gelüftet wird (z.B. Schimmel).Oben drein muss man dfann eben das Fenster offen haben und durch dieses zieht dann schön die warme Luft von draußen ins Zimmer. Das ist nicht ideal und führt das Produkt irgendwo auch ad absurdum.JA, es funktioniert! Man bekommt hier genau das, was in der Beschreibung steht, aber das hat halt diverse Haken, über die man sich im Klaren sein muss.Warum ich es dennoch gekauft habe?Verzweiflung :/Ich laufe Nachts viel zu warm und irgendetwas musste ich tun. Ich habe mich mit den offensichtlichen Nachteilen dan irgendwie arrangiert.Womit ich mich jedoch NICHT arrangieren kann, ist der extrem laute Lüfter in der Kühleinheit. Wie soll man so schlafen können? Selbst auf der niedrigsten Stufe hört man noch ein unangenehmes Surren und dieses Teil steht halt unmittelbar neben dir am Bett.Es sieht so aus, als hätte man hier einen 140mm PC-Lüfter benutzt. Ergo KÖNNTE man vielleicht den Lüfter austauschen, aber dabei erlischt dann gleich die Garantie. Warum also sowas machen?Was dien Liegekomfort angeht, so bemerkt man die Matte tatsächlich weniger. Es ist nur recht fummellig dieses Ding auf der Matratze in Position zu behalten, vor allem, wenn man eine Größere hat und auf dieser dann mit zwei Menschen liegt, von denen der einen Seite es immer zu kalt ist.Für Paare also auch nur bedingt empfehlenswert.Also Fazit: Tut, was angegeben, deshalb 2 Sterne. Ist mmn. aber für den Einsatzzweck eher ungeeignet.Der laute Lüfter muss wirklich angegangen werden, dann könnte man es eventuell empfehlen, wenn man sich mit den Eigenheiten arrangieren kann. Man muss sich da wirklich drüber im Klaren sein.Für mich ist das Produkt jedoch leider völlig ungeeignet.
