when I previously ordered a 14 inch lid from another company, it was actually 14 inches in diameter. this supposedly 12 inch lid is actually 11 1/2 inches diameter and falls into the pot it was meant for that is a full 12 inch diameter. it is a beautiful, well made product...it is just not the stated size (if that means anything to you).

Bought this for the wok I purchased from this brand, and it looks awesome. I decided to char the handle of my wok slightly so it matched closer to the lid.

The material is flimsy and easily bendable. The lack of sturdiness make this one I wouldn’t purchase again. I had to send mine back due to it unable to fully cover my wok because of damage. In all fairness it did arrive in an oversized Bolo box and inside the unprotected lid was in a clear plastic bag.

My lid came without the handle. I emailed customer service twice in two weeks with no response. I contacted Bolo and was sent a replacement without the handle again. The lid is quality construction. Shipping was kind of slow.Update 6/28/24Craftwork contacted me on this. They had multiple issues. They made up for it by sending another wok, a lid with a handle, and a utensil set. Lid works great to steam things or keep things hot. Thank you to the team at Craftwok for your fantastic customer service.
Bought the wrong size. Would've worked well.
Unfortunately I accidentally bought the wrong size of this product for my 35cm pot. I didn't realize that the 14” was out of stock and bought the 12” instead. I did end up returning the product and will be waiting for the 14” to come back into stock. However, before returning it the lid seemed of good quality wood and craftsmanship. The only issue I noticed was that the product description says 12”-13” lid but the actual product seemed closer to the 12” scale. Overall the product seemed good even though I had to return it.

Fits my wok perfectly, mainly protecting it from pet hair accumulation as it lives on the stove top, due to storage shortages in the kitchen. Haven’t yet actually used it during cooking. It’s rather light, not sure how it will hold up especially when washing it.
Fits 35cm wok perfectly, but coloring comes off with wash
Fits my 35cm wok perfectly, great! But the color coating came apparently comes off with just mild soap water… will try to wash a few times before really using it during cooking. Also smells a bit
