It was a easy swap with the clamp that was provided with the machine. Everything works great with no problems.

I received this Jan 22nd, Now march 3rd. Only used a few times and it locked up. Bolo is saying return window closed. I sent an email to Foxalien and we will see if they are going to stand behind it, will update.

I recently purchased this FoxAlien router to pair with my Masuter CNC. To upgrade to a bigger and faster router. Love it look forward to more FoxAlien products.

i am super blown away by how solid this little router feels and it definitely feels solid while in use i am loving it much more than my full size router. honestly i haven't even noticed any power related issues as far as it not being very big i thought it would suffer on some of the bigger cuts compared to my full size but not in the slightest, i absolutely love using it, i think this is the size the original router needed to be...just saying.

Great little router for those jobs that do not require being on the router bench.The collet was a bit snug for the first time use but was better after a bit was installed, used and removed one time.Motor had more than enough power to plow through a piece of hardwood at half speed.The only flaw that I could find was the motor clamp. It seems a bit flimsy and could be prone to failure after a lot of uses. The clamp handle wants to flex sideways when clamping the assembly back down. I think that if a person is aware of this and is careful it should last quite some time.Overall, I think this is a decent bargain and it will get a lot of use on my bench.

The FoxAlien 1 HP palm router is a solid little router. It has a variable speed control which comes in handy for using larger diameter bits that require slower speeds. The bit height adjustment works nicely to help fine tune the bit height and the lock firmly secures the base and router motor. The latch/lock has a nut to where you can adjust the tension should it become loose. The shaft lock for changing bits is solid and makes changing a breeze. It has all the basic accessories, a dust collector port and also a spare set of motor brushes. No issues to report.

Ist nach ein paar Fräsversuchen kaputt. Lagerschaden.15.6: Neues Gerät erhalten. Bin gespannt ob es länger läuft.
Very good quality router, especially for cnc routers!
Definitely an excellent router for my cnc machine. Ease of changing bits make it best design & best bang for the buck in its class. Fully recommended!
low noise for my cnc
Great little router, bought it to add to my Fox alien CNC machine and it works a big improvement on the spindle and not too noisy like normal router so works well
Far better value
Bought this to replace a workbee router I paid £140 for with er collet. This one half that price and although it doesn't seem as powerfull it's definitely quieter. Doesn't have to be powerful for cnc anyway. Hopefully it will last longer than the other over priced one.
