I recently bought this office chair for my home office, and I’m impressed! I put a soft sleeve on for extra comfort (not included). The high-back mesh provides excellent lumbar support, and the thick cushion is comfortable for long work sessions. The height adjustment and tilt function make it easy to find the perfect position. I love this chair. I wanted a chair that had a mesh seat, because I had a leather chair that made me sweat. Most are pretty expensive, and I agree, worth the money, but out of my budget. So I was thrilled to find this one that was reasonably priced and good quality. I have been so much happier and much more comfortable with this chair.

This is a nice heavy duty chair but not worth the hassle because they sent the wrong screw package and screws are missing. Sent the company an email to get the right screw package. If I don't hear back from them I will return the chair.If the company respond and send what I need I will update the rating

The manual references screws with letter designations but there were no letters on the hardware pack making for unnecessarily confusing assembly. The parts had several strange stains on them I could not clean off. The lumbar support was not adjustable and it took up too much room on the chair leaving it uncomfortable despite the adjustable knob underneath.
