It showed positive for UTI. Went to urgent care and it was positive there also and got my prescription. It seems to work. I got it to avoid having to sit and wait at urgent care to be told I didn't have an infection.

These do work and are helpful for some UTI infections at home, but sometimes other factors can cause them to show positive results for nitrates or leukocytes so it’s not always a tell tale sign if you have one or not
