I’m very happy with my new patio awning! It provides excellent shade and makes the outdoor space much more comfortable during sunny days. The quality is great — strong materials, smooth operation, and a clean, modern look. It really upgraded the feel of my patio, and installation was straightforward. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their outdoor area!

works really well,and was very easy to assemble for me,i wind it in when there are storms, (say's) it will withstand up to 30 MPH winds,it is fairly study but i don't want to test it in storms or wind storms,so i keep an eye on the weather, i use it as more of a sun-shadeon the side of my covered deck which catches all the sun.it does good in light to medium rain if you keep it at a angle so the rain rolls off,if you have it flat it will pool water and that might stretch the material,the material is replaceable too, so you could buy other colors/styles if you wanted to,so overall it is very nice

The image may look weird because I had not lowered the angle yet. It’s very adjustable and works as advertised. The installation video is amazing. I’ve had it up for a couple of weeks and so far so good. I highly doubt it would handle the Colorado snow and 30 mile an hour winds so obviously I’m gonna retract it when not in use. I would not recommend leaving it open in acclimate weather. I especially like the fact that there’s no vertical supports or anything to get in your way when you open it. That’s pretty cool.

Little challenging to assemble, but 95yo Mom loves it to block sun from patio door for a few hours a day. Instructions are the typical “you gotta guess” a few items type instructions. A few cheap screws and had to get some hardware to complete the job.

If I can give this a 0 I would. Product looks nice, and things happen we understand. To an extent of course. Ultimately this worked for about 30 minutes when we open the awning after installation. Had to bolt 3 brackets to the side of our house. Actually drilling into the side of the house, (drilling and anchoring) of course we didn’t think to keep the packing because hey this is a product where it wasn’t on our mind “well just in case it doesn’t work we can return it” such a large product. Retracing mechanism is faulty, won’t retract back after first couple of use for our back deck. We sent photos on which part doesn’t work, we listened and followed instructions from seller what to trouble shoot. Still didn’t work. Whether you back nice and easy slow/steady, or fast, It’s literally stuck in the out position and won’t retract back still to this day. That was over a week ago. This is there best solution “if we offer you a 50.00 discount/refund will you keep it?” How and why in the world would we accept that when the product is defective and it’s pretty much 200.00+, we would lose over 100.00 easily with a product that doesn’t retract at all AND it’s literally drilled and anchored into the side of our house. I can’t believe that is even an offer to the customer (us). So I just sent a message to the seller, we are just going to take this as a complete loss and give a negative review since no reasonable solution is given to us. They keep saying we understand your frustration thanks for being patient etc etc. Well, whoever is looking at this product be wary, don’t buy from this seller. Buy the product from another seller even if it’s the same product. These guys have absolutely no understand of customer service or yet alone their own product.

1 deben ponerla en una parte donde haya bastante altura.2- agregarle algo como una L para k le de soporte extra ya k ella pesa cantidad y tiende a bajar. Fuera de todo eso queda muy linda🥰

Love this!! We bought this so my daughter would have shad while in the hot tub. It’s absolutely perfect and we love it. Was easy to install. Took a lil longer than expected to get it hung but it was well worth it.
