It’s a great replacement for stronger per-workouts like FBX 2.0. If you’re used to taking the weaker stuff like C4 and other big brands like that, you’ll notice a huge difference. Be prepared to be in the gym for hours with how much it’ll amp you up. But with all pre-workouts you have to drink a lot of water with it and keep an active heart rate. The tropical punch mixes well with the strawberry lemonade BCAA they have and also add in their unflavored creatine, you have a great all in one workout drink. It gets the job done when used correctly. The only warning I have is if you drink it and don’t hydrate or keep your heart elevated, it’ll go through you and you’ll reap the repercussions.

I've been working out for over 15 years and this is by far the best pre-workout I've used. I highly recommend everyone first test their tolerance with half a scoop, as one full scoop will have your whole body tingling (in a good way). The focus I get lasts through my entire workout. There's no ups and downs, just one consistent stream of ruthless aggression. I actually pasted all of the ingredients into ChatGPT and it gave me an excellent score and said it's one of the best lol.If you're on the fence, buy this. The Strawberry Kiwi flavor is amazing and perfectly mixes with 6-8 oz of water. Will definitely be buying this one again when mine runs out. Thank you Transparent Labs!

Took Bulk Pre-Workout and within 15 minutes, I was ready to fight a bear or reorganize the entire gym alphabetically. Energy? Through the roof. Focus? Sharper than my mom’s disapproval. Oh yeah — beta alanine came in hot with a gentle reminder that I’m alive: skin buzzing, ears itching like they’re trying to lift too.Don’t panic — that’s just the itch of ambition.Honestly, this stuff slaps. Great flavor, smooth mix, and no weird crash. If you're looking for a pre that kicks in like a motivational speech and makes you feel like you're wearing an electric blanket made of caffeine and determination — this is it.Highly recommend. Just... maybe don’t take it right before a Zoom meeting unless you’re cool with twitchy ears and typing like a caffeinated goblin.

I've only been using this for about 2 weeks and I've already noticed an increase in my muscle growth and hardness! I usually take it 15-30 minutes before my workout. I start out with cardio, such as HIIT or Tabata, for about 30-40 minutes. Then, I go into weight lifting and strength training for about another 40-50 minutes. I've noticed that I can lift heavier weights, as well. I already feel stronger. However, I can't say that I've really noticed any energy boost and this was one of the main reasons for purchasing it. I wanted to have an increase in energy when I workout because I do it first thing in the morning and I just feel sleepy and lethargic. I think it might have increased my endurance and stamina though. However, it did give me very painful stomach aches and diarrhea a few times that I've used it. It's weird though, because the first time that I used it, I was fine, but the next day, it gave me a very bad stomach ache and diarrhea. Then, the third and fourth day, I was fine. However, on the 6th day, it gave me a stomach ache and diarrhea again. I'm not sure of the rhyme or reason. I'm not doing anything different. I exercise first thing in the morning and I don't eat anything or drink anything else before working out. I just take this pre-workout drink, wait 15-30 minutes and then get into my workout. I also make sure to hydrate the whole time with plenty of water. I can't figure out why sometimes I'm perfectly fine and then others, it gives me such a horrible stomach ache and diarrhea. Also, I got fruit punch flavor and I think it tastes pretty good. You have to shake it up really well because the bigger powder crystals can taste bitter. This does dissolve well though and I think the taste is pleasant. I will purchase this again.

I must say OMG, I been working over 10 years but this my first time using this product. Never been this focus and full of energy. I highly recommend you will not regret it.

DEFINITELY my fave pre workout now. Great pump, great workouts and no weird crashing afterwards. It helps me get through the days I really didn't want to get to the gym, but made myself go. I have searched for awhile for a pre workout that didn't make me feel jittery or weird and this one fits the bill.

Very very disappointed. I was really excited to start this pre workout. I gotta say, this is by far the WORST tasting pre workout I’ve tried. I have the strawberry lemonade one. I ended up adding Mio to it just to be able to get it down. It taste like crushed up aspirin with salt. It’s not only does it taste horrible….. or that it doesn’t work (it doesn’t), but I’m pretty sure it has the opposite effect. I took it for a week, 4 workouts, I wasn’t able to finish any of my workouts. I had no energy halfway through. To make things even worse, it made me feel sick all 4 days. I almost stopped taking it after the second day. But I figured I would at least give it a fair chance and give it the whole week. It was consistently bad. For clarity, this is the first 1 Star review I’ve ever written, on any product. Also. I’ve been working out weekly for several years now and have tried many different pre workouts. EASILY the worst one I’ve had, in ALL categories. Avoid this one at all cost.

I tried the strawberry lemonade and I love the taste. I did a half scoop and almost immediately felt the stimulants. Great product especially if you're like me and you were getting desentized to others pre workout.
