I wasnât expecting to enjoy this as much as I doâitâs surprisingly fun and actually gives you a decent workout. The lights, music, and reactive targets make it feel more like a game than exercise, but you definitely break a sweat. It has a bunch of modes and speeds, so it doesnât get boring, and even the kids like jumping in to try it. The built-in Bluetooth speaker is a nice touch tooâbeing able to punch along to your own music makes the whole thing feel more engaging.The setup was super easy since it sticks to the wall, and it doesnât take up a ton of space. I was a little skeptical of the foam padding at first, but it actually absorbs impact well and feels solid enough for adults. Itâs not some pro gym equipment, but for the price, it delivers a good balance of cardio and fun. Great for people who want to stay active without doing the same boring routines.

I bought this for my teenage daughter. She has long wanted some kind of punching device and when I saw this I thought it looked like fun. I also figured it would give her some exercise and maybe relieve some stress at the same time. She loves listening to music during everything she does so the Bluetooth connection made it even more appealing. The wall-mounted device seems to be solidly built. It came with boxing gloves to protect the hands. I can also see where its use would improve reaction times and hand-eye coordination. Thatâs a great thing to have as sheâs rapidly approaching her drivers test. She was pretty stoked about the gift and seems to enjoy it. I feel it will keep her entertained for a long time.

Disclaimer: I had to exchange the first one.The first one was garbage, it shut off after 15 seconds. There is definitely a newer model. If you have the one where you need to "short press for Bluetooth" you have the older model which also has worse sound. The new one I got automatically searches for Bluetooth when powered on and so far has not randomly shut off on me.Things to note if you decide to use the Velcro tape is maybe put painters tape on the wall then apply the Velcro tape to it because you will rip paint off.Also if you go the Velcro method I recommend duck taping the Velcro tape to the back of the punching machine. There isn't enough flat surface for a reliable stick and it will fall off.

This boxing machine is a fun way to get some cardio. It offers different speeds to suit your ability or for more of a challenge. The music is good for keeping rythm or you can turn it off. I like that it has a punch counter to keep track of your progress.There are several mounting options to choose from so it can be placed almost anywhere.
