I enjoy Uncle Ben’s 90 second rice packets I mean, what’s not to enjoy? It’s easy, always delicious and if you break up the rice before heating practically perfect. Not every microwave rice can claim that. But Uncle Ben’s with its variety of flavors and consistent quality makes it a staple of almost every shopping basket. You know, just in case, I am not up to cooking rice on the stovetop.

I’m not a big plain rice fan, but this cilantro lime is really good. I did add a bit more lime and salt though. Very easy to make, and super fast. Good value. Great for fast weeknight dinners, used to make a quick casserole with shredded chicken and cheese.
