We tow this Jeep behind an RV and it was important to us that we had reliable carplay with maps since we are always in unfamiliar places. I had already replaced the speakers and sub but the older head unit was not working well and often disconnected itself from the phone at the worst moments.This unit is really great for the money. It sounds nice and drives the Polk speakers reasonably well without the need for an amplifier. The jeep comes with a stock console sub with its own amp. This unit worked flawlessly with the connections on the oem system. The tuner picked up stations with no issue. It would be nice to get HD radio but you will not find that in any unit in this price range. All of the functions are easy to use and the touch screen is bright, sensitive and pretty accurate. Bluetooth pairs quickly and I do not notice any lag other than a second or two at startup. I tried both wireless and wired carplay and they both work excellent. There is no rear USB input but the front inout is out of the way and doesn’t cross the screen. Wireless has the option to connect automatically and like many oem systems, it picks up right where you left off. I have had other brands where the connection must be manually initiated which can get a little annoying when you are just stopping for gas or a snack. Most likely, I will use the wireless connection.This comes with a dash cam and rear camera. The cameras are satisfactory and adding a micro sd card and changing a couple of settings are all that is needed to record from the front. The rear camera, as others have mentioned, has two sets of reverse lines. Hopefully this will be fixed in an update.Installation was straightforward and the diagrams for wiring were clear. I like that the speaker inputs, the power inputs, and the control inputs are on separate plugs to keep it organized. The instructions are translated pretty well. Most importantly, I was impressed with customer service which is not typical for electronics in this price range. Included in the setup instructions is a card to email for the latest firmware updates and customization. I sent an email with the receipt, a photo of the software version screen and 1270x780 photos for the boot screen and wallpaper and, within 12 hours, they sent back custom links to update the software via USB. Instructions to update are clear and it only takes a few minutes for each step. Overall, for under $200, this is a great option to bring carplay connectivity and a feature rich head unit into an older car

I really have no complaints about this radio. It does everything as advertised, and flawlessly I might add.The radio looks nice. It adds a nice touch and is a decent upgrade to older stock radios. The front and rear camera work well. The camera video looks acceptable on the radio's display screen but I have not tried to view the footage from the SD card on any other screen, therfore, i cannot comment on actual video quality. it has wireless android auto and Apple car play. I use android auto and the connection is just as flawless as on my 2023 ram. Buttons are responsive and the touch is accurate. Volume is loud. Sounds good.It is pretty simplistic and easy to use. It has some nice features but keep in mind that it is a budget radio. The mic is not great during phone calls but is acceptable. The cameras are cheaply made but work well. The user interface and menu options are minimalistic and basic. I'd like to see the user interface have more options.It comes with colorful instructions that are pretty easy to follow. The wiring digrams are pretty easy to understand but you should know that the dash cam comes with different wiring instructions than the head unit, so when wiring up the dash cam make sure to follow the dash cams instructions and not the head units instructions. I ran into this problem where my camera would only stay on for 20 seconds and then shut off. After reaching out to them they very kindly told me what I had done wrong and it was an easy fix. Just had to swap the camera's power wire per the camera instructions....not the head units instructions.Their customer support is outstanding. What ever the product is lacking is made up for with thier customer support. They have a text based customer support which I like. The contact information is in the literature they send you. They are very easy to contact and their response time is swift, usually an hour or less in my case. I have no problems getting ahold of them or getting a quick response with a good solution.Overall I rate this product 5 out of 5 stars. I would have rated it 4 of 5 stars because it lacks a little in features and overall build quality when compared to a high end unit, but since I knew this wasn't a high end unit when I bought it then it's not fair of me to compare it to a high end unit. So, as for a lower end budget radio, this one really hits the mark. It's a perfect unit for someone on a budget or for someone who doesn't need nor want all the fancy bells and whistles. I am very pleased with this product and with customer support. Would highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. High quality. I like it because the screen is color accurate, meaning if you see red, you see red, not pink or orange. Lag, there is some lag on android auto and carplay, but once you set a destination, it won't lag anymore. (It only lags when you move the maps.) Connectivity is very easy to use. It automatically connects to your phone when it's turned on. Volume control is great, but it is hard to press to mute. Functionality is great, the UI is very easy to use, but I wish there was a feature to edit apps, clock type, etc. Heat dissipation is good asaell but I added extra to the rear to cool better.It included a dashcam which records well too. You also have multiple settings you can adjust from resolution, to refresh rate, motion detection etc. But you must connect it to the radios ACC and 12V wire, don't connect it to the FCCD. It's also adjustable, aswell as the rear camera, it has a 3M tape to stick it on or screws. The backup camera lines are adjustable aswell. It also charges very fast on my Galaxy s24 Ultra using the USBC. Has calling features also. This will work on iPhones too.
