These gummies come very well packaged in a little easy to open bottle. After opening the bottle and cracking the safety seal there is a little aroma of sweet, apple cider vinegar. The gummies are all uniformly shaped, high quality and all taste the same. They have a nice apple flavor to them. I have been eating them for two months, two every morning and I really believe they’re boosting my metabolism. For the price of $12 you get sixty, which last me 30 days. It’s a great value. have no problem ordering these every month.

The first two days I was okay, day 3 at just one in the morning, I became very jittery while driving and had to pull over for about 30 mins to let it pass and drink another 32 oz bottle of water . Before I could proceed to drive .. it also causes bad pressure in the back of my head, I am a very active person in general and was hoping to get some extra stubborn fat off with some help of something like this, however my body is not happy with the added energy boost.I can’t say if I lost anything in the three days, unfortunately I can’t return them. Bolo doesn’t allow that.They do taste okay. Not bad, but not super good either .Honestly, this is one product that’s going to work differently in everyone’s body. So I’m not going to not recommend them, just be cautious if you get super jittery and feel dizzy or feel f you get some sort of odd head pressure.

Good flavor and packaging. Hotter storage can cause them to stick together. Helped with energy and some weight loss for me. Compatible with other lifestyle add ins to your dietary needs.

They taste good. I am losing weight with these, diet and exercise. I'm not really sure how much is due to the product, though.

I purchased this to try to help curb my appetite. I have only been using them for a month which is all a 1 bottle supply is, I can not say for certain that they have suppressed my appetite or if I need to use them longer to guage this, as well as stick to a weight loss/exercise regiment with counting calorie intake. There is no "magic" solution to getting immediate weight loss results without putting in work & effort yourself, however these can possibly help support these goals. These are soft to chew & have a good taste to them. They do not have a noticeable odor.

I found that taking two of these gummies in the morning (as directed) helped to curb my pre lunch snack tendencies. I also felt more energetic.

These are nice and taste pretty good. I've had them for about two weeks now and notice that I don't overeat like I used to, and I can now fit back into at least three pairs of my jeans. I pair these with exercise too.
