This has helped my pain in lower legs and acheles tendons! Probably the most noticeable thing was that, and my joints started feeling better too. I would like a stronger dose, but this is good for now.

Taking one of these in the morning is like a cup of coffee that lasts all day.Amazing energy! Not what I was expecting.

My first time using Shilajit. I should have researched authenticity before purchasing. My mistake. I used AI to assess authenticity, emptying the capsules into a glass of water considering AIs instruction:Solubility Test (Most Reliable): Drop a pea-sized amount into a glass of warm water. Pure shilajit will dissolve completely within 5–10 minutes, turning the water a dark, golden-red or brownish-black. • Red Flag: If it leaves a sandy residue, forms clumps, or leaves the water cloudy, it contains fillersSo it appears the coloring is correct but unfortunately there appears to be some fillers too. I could not locate confirmation of a Third-Party Lab testing. AI also states that unfortunately the Shilajit market is full of imitations—ranging from simple charcoal powder to dangerous substances mixed with heavy metals. So it is important research your chosen product prior to purchase.

It seems to be working . The brain fog is lifting. I feel a bit more energized. I’m in my late 50’s . Menopause was tough. I’m going to continue to take this. I feel much better.
