These gummies where a lil too sweet and more chewy than other apple cider gummies brands. I did not see no difference in change eating these gummies everyday. The only thing good was probably the green apple flavor. Definitely the Goli Apple cider gummies are much better than this brand because those gummies actually helped me with bloating and my skin.

Used these gummies to supplement my diet. They suppress feeling hungry and worked well. Good price and effective when taken as directed. Good taste, texture and amount for price. No shakes, jitters or weird sensations.

I like the product in general, but it is supposedly helpful in weight loss. I have been using for almost 2 months(the amount daily recommended) and have not lost any weight. It is pleasant to taste and I enjoy the benefits of the Apple Cider Vinegar, but other than a little bit of ginger the ingredients are almost identical to just plain ACV gummies--not much KETO about it! --And just for the record I have been eating the same or less than usual.
