Excellent Corn Starch! Here's a little trick I use corn starch for making champurrado, a hearty morning drink which is a chocolate stole. Stole is an old pre-Columbian corn drink from the Aztecs, and it can be enjoyed plain or flavored. Champurrado is the chocolate flavor. So, you can make a thin mix of corn starch and cold water in a Pyrex or ceramic cup.. Just a little, maybe 1/4 cup. It mixes easily. Then bring a pan of water to boil on your stove and pour the boiling water into the corn starch mmixture. Something magical will happen almost instantly. The corn starch will puff up into a thick and creamy hot stole. Now add a package of hot chocolate drink mix and stir well. This may be the best hot chocolate you will ever taste! Enjoy!

I use a lot of corn starch to make my homemade Udon Noodles and this brand works just great!Here is how I make them so you can justify buying multiple boxes if this....Udon Noodle160 grams All purpose flour40 grams corn starchmix these 2 itemsthen mix salt and water to dissolve1 teaspoon salt100 ml of warm wateradd water to flour and mix with your handskneed a lot.put dough in a thick plastic bag to rest. push air out. let rest for 1 hour.step on it with your feet until it's flat. fold it in thirds over itself and put back in bag.stomp again.fold againstomp againdo this 5 times.let rest another hour or up to 12 hoursroll out dough with wooden rolling pin. try to keep square shapeSprinkle a little flour over dough and roll it up onto the rolling pinroll it to thin the doughunroll it and roll it back up in the other diagonal directionflatten it more.unroll doughrepeat about 4 times until it's square and thinrub flour over then doughlighlty fold it so that you end up with a long rectanglethinly cut the dough into noodle width strips with a sharp knifeSprinkle cut dough with flour and toss it around to make sure long noodles aren't stuck to each otheryou can freeze extra noodlesboil for 10 minutes to cook.rise in cold water and get all the sticky off them. twice. now add then to hot broth and eat.These will be very chewy and that's how they are supposed to be.I hope this review was helpful!
