I could see crystalization around pour tube, cap, etc. I put it in, then I got the dreaded Poor DEF Quality message and P20EE code again. Then it went away. A few miles later, back again. Then after a few days. maybe 75-80 miles, no more codes.Took a long trip of 650 miles, plus local driving, code and DEF message have never appeared again. Seems to do the trick. I also add in this Rislone maintenance DEF fluid product. Seems to all be working as intended.

My 2014 BMW had wrong Dec fluid sign in the dash board. Even though I have been using the same fluid for years. I had 50 miles left on it before car was going to shut off. I put this fluid in it half of this container I let it sit for 6 hours. After that I cranked the car the the light in the dashboard went away. It has worked for me I love it

Don't use this stuff if you know what good for you. it started causing issues with my nox sensor and I've own the truck for 8 months never had a issues with my def system till I used this product. After I used it the system started to create gases and every time I put DEF in the tank I started to see bubbles come out of the tank as if some one had put soap in the system. This issues started to happen after I used this product.
