I see and feel a difference and my husband does too as well as told me he thinks it tightened something else also. I do all 6 cycles at level 15 daily. You get used to the “pain”. If you feeling any zapping its because its not connected to your skin tight enough. One thing I noticed lately is that Cycle number 5 has randomly will give a quick sudden shock which is not as painful as it is alarming. Overall I would recommend this product and have recommended it to friends. It’s not a BBL or magical so don't expect unrealistic results. It is a good price for the results I have received so far, I haven't tried any other products like this and am satisfied with my purchase.

The first one had to return, it was not operating. They sent replacement next day, so no worries there. I tried it on day 1, decided to use about an hour total while walking and also sitting and working. Omg, my buns have never felt sore like this and in a good way in an area I needed it the most which is above the bottom cheeks (slight sag, over 40) lol. I always had trouble targeting that area and I’m uncertain why its even harder working the left side of my butt with squats. Never get the results I hoped to achieve, anyway. But with this belt, and you can get creative and use in different areas, I had to lower it to bottom cheeks, strap was pretty good to stretch around, hit the target areas, total game changer. I’m thrilled to see results.

This testimony is from the first day of use after receiving the belt. I will update it after a while. I like it alot so far. It looks like a sturdy piece and the electric impulses are pretty strong. I could not go more than setting 3, and there are 15! Wow, I am impressed. I would like similar device from this company for waist and hands. I am using this belt not just for buttocks but for hips and stomach too. I know its designed specifically for buttocks but it can work in other areas although not ideal. For example to use it on hips I have to turn it and put the plate on one hip and do 20 min then adjust the plate on another hip and do another 20 min. Otherwise because of the plate placements it won't work on both hips at the same time. You can even lay down on it and do your shoulders.I really like that water spray is enough for conductivity and no conductive gels are required. I already have done 1h 40 min on it today. My question is can you overdo it? I wish thete would be more information, description, video on how exactly to use different modes for different results.Please, make similar device for stomach and hands. I've seen it but from a different brand.Update 1: I only used it for a few days and the intensity jumped on me without me pushing anything. Needless to say it was painful. It happened for the first time today. It is absolutely no no.Also there is weird blinking line on the screen of the unit that is attached to the bell. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be there but I don't think I saw it before.I absolutely dislike settings mode 3. Even on a low setting of 3 or 4 it has such a sudden jolt, it is painful. I absolutely don't understand why it is there. This crazy sudden jolt should not be there like what the hell. I can't never use this mode 3 anymore. It already cought me off guard couple times. I have not noticed this so far in other modes.Also the charge doesn't last as long as I would of liked. The remote literally has to be charged daily. Also the small power unit that you connect to the belt in the back gets easily knocked off, it doesn't stay tight. And since it's in the back there is mo way to press the buttons on it in case you don't have remote close by. This is not well thought of.I still wish there would be clear instructions on what mode yo use for what. It seems only mode 5 is for fat loss and the other modes are for building muscle. So I don't get it if I use other modes on my wrist for example will it help loose fat or opposite increase the muscle I am confused.

I can really feel my muscles working! All the gain with none of the pain.At first I was a little scared to be 'shocked' but it turns out it's not bad at all. I usually use it on mode 3 level 5 and I hope to work up to a more intense level but for now this is the perfect muscles exercise that I can do while chasing my toddler.I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy way to tone up without the fuss or taking time out of your day!

for years I have had issues with glute activation on my left side. Im more dominant on my right and did not come to this realization until I got into the gym regularly. When working lower body, I am always super sore on my right glute and my left would not fire, even after countless activation videos and visiting chiropractors and going to Stretch Zone regularly. After wearing this, my left glutes are ALIVE. As I’m typing this my butt is sore lol I wear it a few times a week for about 20 mins and it feels like you worked out the next day, glutes on fire! Dont be scared to crank it up and try different settings at different intensities.Warning: the Velcro belt is not super large so if you have a bigger lower belly, be mindful that it may not stay put.

I love this thing. I got it for pain relief, as my LMT was out of town. She's back and I still use it all the time. I find max intensity is quite tolerable once you get used to it. Just work your way up slowly. And yes, even though I got it for pain relief, it does in fact tone, firm, and lift your bum. It's been a month and it's subtle, but perceptible.

I Like this thing!! I have used it everyday!!! On my stomach and buttocks. It's really nice and powerful, only because I use it constantly. (Lots to shape, tone) the battery an remote has to be recharged throughout the day. Get it. I really NEEDED and Like.
