That's what the creality 0.04mm poke stick provides, is a method to quickly and easily clear clogged nozzles of filament without having to remove the nozzle from the extruder assembly. The poke stick is long enough to run down through the longest filament path through the extruder and into the nozzle without damaging anything In between. Remote the filament from extruder, heat the nozzle to melting temp of filament, insert the poke stick down through the filament path holding the nice rubber handle that comes attached to each poke stick. When you reach the extruder releas tension while pushing down, continue to push down untill you see filament come out the nozzle. Push untill no more filament will extrude. Then remove the stick, reload the filament, and the clog should be gone. Easy as that.

This was a need for my 3-D printing activities, as usually removing filament clogs involved the disassembling of the print head, but so far and after only a short time, it has already saved me at least a couple of hours of work.

Nice quality but it was a tiny bit too big for my p1s. I could fell it rubbing on the extruder gears.

Overall it is a well designed and thought out service kit for standard FDM 3D printers like the Creality Ender or Voxelab Aquila series printers. I mostly love it, but instead of singing its praises I need to bring up a couple of quirks. One is just odd, the other is dumb and makes the tool kind of useless.Oddly enough, it comes with straight and angled fine point tweezers that are both of quite good quality, but the storage case only has a slot for one of the tweezers. The fix would be simple, just redesign the foam insert with another slot for the second pair of tweezers.Now for the dumb one. The metal spatula that you are supposed to use to get under a stuck model to pop it off of the build plate is NOT tapered to an edge but cut off shear so it is a blunt instrument. It renders the spatula useless for its intended function. I happen to have a woodworking shop so I have a good sharpener, but it is going to take me a while to get an effective and clean bevel on this thing when they could have simply set up a jig at the factory to pass it through a grinder, one pass and done establishing the bevel. Most users are not going to have access to this and if I didn't I would be returning the kit because of this flaw. I mean a cheap metal putty knife from the hardware store would be far more effective.Aside from this one moment of engineering and production stupidity, it is a good tool set, and again barring this one tool, very much fit for purpose.I can only hope that Creality sees this review and makes a productdion change fixing these issues. These are simply dumb, and quite possibly cheap oversights.Please fix for future releases!

Recently gotten my first 3d printer this has completely saved my butt on having all the correct tools needed on hand didn't cost to much way worth it admittedly i won't need everything every day but I'll need the rest of it as my printer needs upkeep and maintenance send it'll be kept all in one place which is going to save my honey hiney since i list things all the timeI live that is all packaged neatly in this quality carryall!

Fijn om op deze manier voor een degelijke prijs ruimschoots de benodigde tools in huis te halen.De kwaliteit is in orde. Niet enorm high-end, maar gewoon goed genoeg.Ik kan me voorstellen dat ik later veel gebruikte tools, zoals de tangen, zal upgraden maar voor nu kan ik er de komende maanden volgens mij tegenaan.

In dem 74-teiligen Set ist wirklich alles enthalten, was man für die Nachbearbeitung von 3D Drucken und die Wartung von 3D-Drucken braucht – von Entgratungs- und Reinigungswerkzeugen über Pinzetten und Spachtel bis hin zu Düsenreinigungsnadeln. Egal ob Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittener – hier fehlt es an nichts.Die Qualität der Werkzeuge ist einwandfrei. Alles wirkt stabil, sauber verarbeitet und langlebig. Die Aufbewahrung ist ebenfalls durchdacht, sodass man schnell findet, was man braucht. Besonders hilfreich finde ich die Auswahl an verschiedenen Werkzeugen für Detailarbeit und Reinigung – das spart enorm viel Zeit und Nerven.Klare Kaufempfehlung für jeden, der regelmäßig 3D druckt und ein zuverlässiges Komplett-Set sucht!
Works slicker than chicken snot!
Remove the Bowden tubing and insert the poker to push out clogs quickly and effectively. Back in business in a minute or two at most. Definitely worth having on hand! Be sure to pick up some cleaning filament as well.
Good value for money.
A great tool kits for hobby 3d printers. The carry case is well made as are the tools. Good value for money. Made a lovely gift.
