5.0 out of 5 stars Quiet, Capable, and Convenient – A Great Electric Alternative to Gas Pressure Washer
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } After years of using a Troy-Bilt gas pressure washer (3000 PSI / 2.7 GPM), I decided to switch to an electric model for something quieter, easier to maintain, and more user-friendly for regular home use. I knew electric units wouldn’t fully match the raw output of gas-powered ones—but the Westinghouse WPX3000e has exceeded my expectations.Real-World PerformanceWhile it doesn’t quite rival the sheer force or flow of my old gas unit, the WPX3000e handles most residential jobs with ease—driveways, siding, patio furniture, decks, and even light stripping. The instant start (no pull cords, no fumes) and much quieter operation are major upgrades, especially in a neighborhood setting. One limitation is the flow rate (GPM), which makes it less ideal for large concrete areas unless paired with accessories like a surface cleaner. That said, for small to medium jobs, it’s more than capable.Build Quality & DesignSolid Frame: Steel-framed with 10″ never-flat wheels. Feels rugged and stable on uneven terrain like grass or gravel.Well-Engineered: Durable molded components with onboard storage for nozzles, hose, and wand. Everything has its place, and nothing feels cheap or flimsy.Power & FeaturesPSI Rating: Claimed 3000 PSI; real-world pressure likely a bit lower, though still powerful enough to remove moss, grease, and flaking paint.Flow Rate: 1.76 max GPM is fine for most tasks but can extend cleaning time for larger areas.TSS (Total Stop System): A nice bonus—it shuts off the pump when the trigger is released, helping preserve the motor.Included AccessoriesSpray Nozzles: Comes with 5 (0°, 15°, 25°, turbo, and soap), all stored onboard.Soap Tank: Built-in 0.45-gallon detergent tank—enough for most medium-sized jobs, though I’d prefer a larger capacity for washing bigger surfaces.Storage Design: Smart layout with designated holders for the power cord, hose, wand, and nozzles.ProsPowerful for Electric: More than enough cleaning force for typical home maintenance.Quiet Operation: Much quieter than gas units—great for residential use.User-Friendly: Easy to assemble and operate. No mess, no maintenance headaches.ConsPossibly Overrated PSI: Still delivers solid pressure, but actual performance under load may be lower than advertised. Would like to accurately measure under load; however, I do not own a water pressure gauge.Soap Tank Size: Adequate for most jobs, but larger tank would reduce refills on big projects.Reach Limitations: The 25-foot hose and 35-foot power cord can be limiting—especially since the power cord can’t be used with an extension cord. A 50-foot hose is available from the manufacturer, which I may purchase, though I wish it came standard.Final VerdictThe Westinghouse WPX3000e is a fantastic electric pressure washer that makes the transition from gas both easy and worthwhile. While it won’t completely replace the raw power of a high-flow gas unit, it delivers more than enough performance for homeowners—without the noise, fumes, or maintenance. If you’re handling typical residential cleaning and want convenience without compromise, this model is hard to beat at this price point.
5.0 out of 5 stars WPX3000e
The pressure washer was well packed and in good shape when I opened the box. It took me about 30 minutes to remove the pressure washer from the box, inspect everything, and assemble the pressure washer. BTW, the assembly of the 3000e was very easy. The foot print is about 2 square feet and can be easily tucked away for storage when it is not in use. So far there are no leaksThis thing blows away the 15 year old Husky 1800 pressure washer that I have. That being said the Husky was only $99 and the Westinghouse was $279 from Bolo. BUT, you get what you pay for, and inflation has taken its toll on the U.S. Dollar over the last few decades. I think that the WPX3000e is a good value for $279 in today's economy. The WPX300e is well designed, has a strong frame, and it is an all around good pressure washer for home use. The only thing that I think it really needs is a "TRIGGER-ON-LOCK" on the trigger handle to keep the power washer function on without continuously gripping the trigger until you unlock the trigger lock. As far as longevity is concerned, time will tell. I'm glad I got it. If you are wondering if I would do it again, yes I would. Thanks for reading my review and have a blessed day.
5.0 out of 5 stars WPX 3000e great pressure washer!
I just purchased this Westinghouse WPX 3000e to replace a Sun Joe pressure washer that gave me 3 or 4 summers of mostly reliable performance (with quirks) before the engine burnt out. This time I wanted something higher end with a much higher psi rating as my previous pressure washer couldn't remove moss from my stone retaining walls at all, even with the highest pressure nozzle. This Westinghouse product line has great reviews overall so I decided to go for the 3000. I used it for the first time today and it did a fantastic job on my composite decking, porch, PVC railings and gutters and then switched to the turbo nozzle for the stone wall. It took the excessive moss buildup right off without any difficulty. Plenty of power to spare. I haven't even tried the 15° or the 0° nozzles yet as the 25° and turbo nozzles have so far tackled everything I threw at it... No leakage from any of the connections, which was a problem on my previous pressure washer and I love the motor auto turn off feature when I release the trigger. So far I'm completely happy with my purchase. I plan on using this on our cars and I also purchased the 50' extension hose from Westinghouse so I can get around the house and clean the 2nd floor siding / windows / gutters. Set up and assembly was a breeze. Product seems very high quality all around.
4.0 out of 5 stars Inaccurate pressure rating
For the most part it's fine, but my Harbor Freight (Portland) washer had more pressure and it's rated at 1750. This one says 2350.Its plenty good for washing cars, bike and your typical needs. The on board soap reservoir is a great idea, but it falls way short of the foamy soap output of you regular soap bottle attachment (which can and will be used with this machine, but was not included). There is no switch to turn off the soap and that had me thinking that I'd need to use up all the soap before I could rinse (say what???) But somehow they've engineered this thing to where the soap only comes out when the designated "Soap" nozzle is attached. When you are done soaking up, just pop off the soap nozzle (little black) and fit any of the other attachments to whatever suits your need. Keep in mind there will be some residual soap for a bit, but it clears out fast enough. I still can figure out how they made it work. Lol.Nice wheels and such. Easily moved about. Disconnect the pressure hose at both end and it rolls up much easier that way. The "gun" has a nice holster. I like it enough to keep it.
Súper me encantó tal como te la describen

GREAT WASHER
So far so good. Lots of power. Great having a bracket on the frame to wrap power cord. Cart is easy to pull and quite sturdy. Seems like a great unit so far.
Westinghouse's WPX3000e: not a toy
Easy to assemble. Looks solid and appears well designed.

quality built, quiet, easy to set up and put away
Very happy with this pressure washer. Was quick & easy to assemble with simple instructions. It is obviously a well built machine with solid threaded connections that don't loosen or leak during operation. Easy to maneuver with large wheels and nice large padded handle. All nozzles and built in soap tank clearly labelled and easy access and use. Putting away is just as easy with the 35' extinction cord & 25' pressure hose wrapping around their mounts for compact storage. Runs quiet and the 2700PSI provides enough power for most residential applications and the turbo nozzle is great on concrete. However, my only complaint is the lowish 1.76GPM, but I think that is more of an electric vs gas issue. In my research for electrics I found high PSI and low GPM, or high GPM and low PSI but not high for both, which can be found with gas. I had to return a concrete surface cleaner attachment I purchased separately as the pressure washer did not provide enough power to spin the nozzles fast enough to clean properly, even though the specs on the cleaner stated minimum 2000PSI. The specs didn't mention a minimum GPM but I assume this was the issue. Just beware of this and if you buy a surface cleaner search for ones designed for electric pressure washers. Overall, and excellent product & I highly recommend.
