I ordered two twin beds and assembled them by myself in about 15 minutes — super easy! The frames are lightweight but surprisingly strong, easily supporting my dad (187 lbs) without any noise or squeaks. I love that I can place them side by side to make a huge king bed, or separate them when guests visit. Very practical and excellent value.

Excellent frame. The 18in clearance feels more than it is creating a nice storage option underneath. I would recommend that you have a thicker mattress for use to avoid "feeling" the cross bars, or a flat board that goes between the mattress and the frame. Its not a deal breaker but will make you more comfortable.It was quick to assemble, the legs unfold with a couple bots screwed in then place the cross beams. Doesn't get easier. The frame is extremely sturdy with no movement. Quality parts, they have weight to them, and create that comfort level that you know the frame won't collapse on you in the middle of the night.

I received the box, as you can see by the photos I was a little worried that things were either going to be missing, or scratched or bent, but they were not fortunately. It’s unfortunate that the box was damaged as it was. That being said, it didn’t take me long to put this bed together at all. It was quite easy. I only had trouble with one connection. The corner piece screws were a little snug going in. I was afraid I was going to strip the screws, but I did not. They tightened up nicely. Everything was labeled well, everything was there, however, it would’ve been nice if the supplier sent one extra just in case of the screws and the nuts. It’s quite sturdy. The only reason why I gave it a four star, was I really felt that the mattress could’ve been seated in a little bit. No ridge or edge to keep the mattress on the bed frame. To me the underside should be the upper side, it has enough of a lip where it would keep the mattress in place. I haven’t used it yet, but just putting the mattress on there, it slides very easily. So that is definitely a concern. I’m happy with a look, and the ease of putting it all together.

I was really surprised how easy it was to put it together. Didn’t take me more than about 20 to 30 minutes. It’s very sturdy and definitely worth the price. It had all the pieces that’s in bolts and that was a plus the tools were included.

Let me start by saying that I am ridiculously girly and not very handy with tools. Nonetheless, I assembled this whole thing by myself in under an hour. It’s very sturdy, and has plenty of clearance to store stuff.All the pieces and tools are included and the instructions are pretty easy to followAssembly tips:The pieces come individually labeled and bubble wrapped. I suggest you cut just enough of the plastic away to pull out the screws and such one by one. This will keep them organized.I also had a box that I kept the small parts in just in case the screws managed to escape the plastic.Do not unwrap all the large pieces until you need them. There is only a small piece of paper under the plastic to label them and you don’t want to forget which is what.The very first instruction tells you to set up the outside bars without screwing them in. Ignore this. It’s impossible. Just put them into position, then screw them in using the long screws first.Like I said, it comes with the tools, but the crescent wrench is rather flimsy, so use your own wrench or borrow one. I didn’t have one, so the short screws on each corner haven’t been tightened. But, for what it’s worth, my 75 pound Labrador jumps on and off this bed all day and it’s still sturdy.Final note- A friend of mine who is VERY handy bought a similar frame which took her 2 1/2 hours to put together, so this one is definitely designed to be easier to assemble.
