After the third time, I contacted Support who responded quickly and offered several likely causes. One was a simple user error which fixed the problem.Hats off to Support for the wonderful customer experience

I have not had this long enough to give a true assesment. But it is a great deal, i do enjoy a good cigar, its working as promissed so far, so im happy with it.

The unit will not not running hard to get the temp you set, I have had the unit over a month and it is still running I do wonder how long will it keep running. So far so good

Purchased this as a late birthday gift for my husband and he absolutely loved it! It is so quiet and works really well. The light inside is a nice touch and looks great on at night. The packaging was done really well surrounded by lots of cardboard which was much appreciated. Humidity and temp levels are a tad off so we purchased a separate thermometer to place on the inside.

This humidor is overall good. It has a nice aesthetic that goes well in the man cave and it holds the humidity well too.However, the humidity for mine is always slightly higher on the top shelf than the bottom shelf (2-4% on average). Also, the fans do run 24/7, always outputting some noise.Despite this, overall, I do like this humidor a lot and I am happy I purchased it.

The humidor came very well boxed. It held humidity and temperature right out of the gate. For the price its a good size and will do very well for anyone who keeps a decent amount of cigars on hand. Very pleased with this.

Good looking, but very inconsistent humidity control

It also keeps the temperature very consistently, albeit a couple of degrees above what its set to (I set it to 19C and it is around 21C, which is fine).The bad:Addressing the elephant in the room, for the life of it it cannot keep humidity at any level whatsoever. First of all the humidity within it varies 10% between the lower and upper shelves. I would like to keep the humidity at mine at 69%. To achieve a somewhat close result I have to set the unit at 74-75, and what i get is about 63% on the bottom shelf, around 68% in the middle and 74% at the top. That's unacceptable. To help it out i've put multiple bovedas on each shelf. If I stop the unit, the bovedas themself get it at the right humidity in an hour, but once I start the unit, it manages to send random humidity (or the lack of such) all over the place in a matter of minutes.Other issues are dripping water at the middle section from the back wall which will soak your lowest shelf if put back to the wall.I'd really love if it could keep humitidy at least within usable conditions as the design is quite aesthetic. However, in its current state it's more of a pain maintaining it than not, so I use it switched off with Bovedas, which defeats its entire purpose.
I did have doubts but….
OK, so it’s been a while, but I want to see this electric humidor and its full potential.Let’s talk about the price for this electric humidor.You can control the temperature and the humidity which is awesome. Have you seen the other names out there and what they are charging for there electric humidor just for controlling humidity. So right there I was intrigued so I ordered one.Now shipping and delivery it was great arrived here on time and the packaging was really really good no damage whatsoever, I was impressed.After unboxing and examining it I saw a lot of things that they did that the other names don’t do. It’s the little things like the bar light in the door my God finally… but yet they still put the little small blue light on top which I find funny. Now the shelves.They are seriously, not afraid the throw some extra wood in the shelves. What I mean by that is that their shelves are a little thick and bold and it feels manly unfortunately, with the other names, their shelves are thin and some of them feel really cheap.Now what really caught my attention was that they have this fan that goes over your water tray and that fan sucks up the humidity And in the instruction manual, it says you don’t have to use Boveda packs.Now I have Boveda packs and my other humidors so I was thinking, all right this is your product and for the first time ever, I will listen to what the instruction manual will say lol. And guess what they mean it I have not once you put a boveda pack in this humidor. So now I’m saving money on not buying more packs.So I plug in the electro humidor and I let it do its magic… right now you’re probably reading this review thinking everything is peaches and cream. Well get ready cause I’m bout to tell you what happened. I set my temperature and humidity and I waited… And I waited again. For some reason, the temperature was not going past 65 Fahrenheit. The humidity was great. It was just the temperature so I had to email customer service. So I’m thinking to myself great I’m not going to get an email back in a week. Surprisingly, I got an email the next day early in the morning. Shirley in customer service wanted to tackle this problem. So after a few emails back-and-forth and trying everything to fix the problem the doubt started the kick in. I didn’t want to return this product because it’s a great product and the last thing I wanted to do was right bad review because this product has so much potential.But Shirley had an ace up her sleeve she went out of the way to get a video from the manufacturers on how to recalibrate the temperature. So after seeing the video and doing exactly what I saw, I have had no problems since. The temperature goes up to 69 Fahrenheit just the way I like it And it stays there. So the customer service is phenomenal. They really do care about their product and they make sure that you are satisfied with their product. So now my cigars are in and I’m happy not one problem at all. So for The price, the shelves, the bar light not using Boveda pack and the amazing customer service I really highly recommend this product. Oh, I forgot to mention there was no plastic smell either which is a bonus lolNow, before I close this review, I just want to say that I have a couple of other electors humidors from the other names, but in all honesty, this one is myfavourite. I told customer service if they ever come out with a new model of an electric humidor to let me know because I would buy one. I’m literally a customer for life.
Falta de refacciones pero excelente producto
El producto hasta ahorita excelente lo único es que no se donde conseguir refacciones.Necesito las esponjas que lleva en el recipiente de agua y no he encontrado donde cómpralas
Great customer service
Got this humidor as a Christmas and birthday present. I had some issues with water accumulating at the bottom so I contacted Glencreag support team and they were amazing. They arranged for a replacement to be sent right away. I have set up the replacement and so far so good! Love the look of this humidor! It’s only been a couple of days but looking forward to filling this thing up with cigars.Thanks Shirley at Glencreag for the great customer service!
Perfectly sized humidor
I am extremely happy with this humidor. It’s a perfect size for a condo and fit nicely beside my desk and wall.When I unboxed it, everything was secured inside the humidor. I bring this up because a a humidor I previously ordered, from a different brand, came broken. Anything inside , including the shelves, were not secured banging around.The fan motor sound is very reasonable.If I can nitpick one thing, it would be that the blue humidity/temp display is too bright. At night it lights up the room.Otherwise it is excellent and I would recommend to anyone. :)
