This might be a TMI, but I hold my 'pee' a lot. I kept UTIs and lower back pain. The only change I made was these Cranberry supplements. No more pain. No UTI. This is my experience with this cranberry supplement.

I am shocked at how well these pills work. I bought them because I was having issues with a little off odor down there. Wasn't sure why, it didn't add up. I drink a lot of water, I don't drink soda (can't due to gastro reasons), I haven't been sexually active in over a year, and I don't eat trashy. Then I noticed after a smell test (you know just getting to know your body), wait, my vagina isn't the problem, I think it's urine.No, I wasn't free willy peeing on myself. I started to notice despite the fact that I haven't been sexually active, and that I still do kegel excercises, something is wrong because I would leak. Yes even a drop or two would throw me off as far as smell. I would bathe at night and wake up with kind of moist underwear and a smell that wasn't horrid but wasn't fresh at all. Same throughout the day. Shower in the AM, and could be at work, laugh too hard and leak, or hold my urine a little longer than I should and leak. More than once a month I'd also have the issue of feeling like I have to use the bathroom then sitting on the toilet with nothing or very little coming out and a burning sensation in my floor muscle area. As if trying to get pee out was being constricted or something. So I think that was the issue, Urinary tract inconsistencies and leakage? I also noticed my urine smells like whatever I eat. Crab legs, welp, yeah I know ew. Salmon, which I eat tons of, yep smells just like it. Phosphorus vegetables are my favorite, Brussels, asparagus, cabbage, etc. Garlic, onions, apple cider vinegar, fruits You bet, I'll pee it out. So imagine this crazy fishy, phosphorus, sweet fruit, spicy all the time and sometime junk food diet? Yeah, my urine was definitely the cause of the smell.So to the product....I've been taking this twice a day for 6 days now? Let me tell you how quick and good this worked. My cycle came and I didn't even know it was coming. No I don't track it because well, I usually know physically when it's coming and I'm not sexually active, on birth control or trying for a baby, so why stress out about tracking it. It usually starts with very light pink and I'm like okay it'll be here tonight or tomorrow. I also will get a smell and unusually aroused. Well, one, i ate seafood everyday the past five days, and very spicy food. No smell. Not one bit. Well actually I did have a smell but it was a healthy fresh smells like ME smell. The good stuff. Smelled like a healthy vagina. Then yesterday, I'm at work and everything is going great, I'm like extra happy to use the ladies rooms since I'm in awe of not having a smell after who knows how long, and I wipe to find out that 'Whoa! Aunt Flow is here?" No smell, no spotting yesterday?"....So these pills obviously have cleaned out my urinary tract pretty well. According to the research I've done:"researchers have a different theory: that cranberries make it harder for infection-causing bacteria to stick to the urinary tract walls.It could be that nutrients in cranberries change the bacteria so that they can't stick to the urinary tract. Or it may be that cranberries create a slippery coating on the urinary tract walls that makes it hard for E. coli to get a good grip." WebMDSo I guess that's why it works??I don't know this could all be just good timing or a placebo effect haha. Yet, before, nothing worked so I'm convinced.

7/4/18: I am devastated! Bought these in bulk and have run out. Now they're not in stock. Back to urinating during the night and having kidney pain. PLEASE bring them back! 😢2/25/18: It's official! After 9 months my urine is clear and I have zero urgency to go, day or night. I am sleeping through the night and have been since the first 24 hours. I have been so sick and in so much pain, but it's all gone and I feel GREAT! This works where antibiotics failed me in hospital and out. I am beyond impressed and will continue indefinitely. It has also fixed other symptoms I had that I thought were related to FM/ME/CFS. My stone was so large - 9mm - and my doctor told me it may have been affecting me for over a year, but I think longer really, much longer. My symptoms were over 5 years old and the ones that were most bothersome, mobility issues, etc. are also gone. Stone gone, infection and pain gone after dealing with it since 6/26/17. Miracle!2/12/18: I am so impressed. I can't believe how much better I feel from starting day 2/7/18. Still taking two twice daily with no ill effects. And no more nighttime bathroom trips!!! Yay!!! Age 62 here and that's great. I used to make two or three times a night.2/10/18: Still getting wonderful results. The second day I updated one dose to two capsules and had no ill effects so I started taking two at each dose. So much better still than with one, but even with just two a day I was appreciably improved. Now I feel great. I felt a couple of small stones let loose and pass so I know this stuff is working. So pleased!Original - 2/8/18: Just started taking it last night, but I can see a difference in pain and ease of passing urine. I have chronic kidney stones, have gotten resistant infections that nothing works for, and have one now, and had two separate surgeries last year for a massive 9mm stone. My pain level was off the charts from then until now. I tried Azo's product AZO Urinary Tract Defense - Antibacterial Protection∞ - Helps Control the Infection∞ - Plus General Pain Reliever - 24 Tablets (Packaging may vary), and while it offered a bit of relief it was nothing like this from just two capsules - one last night (no need to get up and go during the night) and one this morning. My urgency has calmed down from every 30 minutes or so to normal frequencies for me. I am so pleased. Even if this does nothing more than it does now I'll still be happy.The only thing I'd wish for is for a better smelling/tasting capsule. Ick! I have to sneak up on them to take them. :D

Wow, this is something that women need to take everyday! When I had symptoms I took 2 for a few days straight and then I switched to just 1 a day. The speed of recovery was literally the next day I had no symptoms. I had more energy oddly too, I wasn’t expecting that. No taste and great size! I was skeptical at first but this is Very effective. I mean who wants to keep taking antibiotics all the time?! Also eat better, drink more water and change out of those wet underwear immediately! Pack an extra pair in your purse! 😂
