As a traveling CNA who LOVES rose gold, I felt so so good with it. I love it. The sound is great. It is inexpensive and worth it. Definitely more of a beginner set opposed to a more upgraded version.

I have an access permanent for hemodialysis thar has to be monitored practically 24/7. At home it is not as easy but after I purchased on of these I am able to do this myself and no longer have to worry if I can dialyze.

This stethoscope is of high quality. They are comfortable in the ears and fit well. The breathing sounds of the patient are very easy to hear. They are on the heavy side however.

I used a 3M Littmann for 18yrs and sadly the ring broke around the diaphragm. Frantically, I bought this stethoscope and it was the worse decision I ever made. With only 4 months left before retiring I didn’t want to buy another Littmann due to the cost. I can barely hear a heartbeat or even take a manual blood pressure with this stethoscope. Based on the descriptions and reviews I bought this and I do not use it for my patients safety. I have been using the hospital’s isolation disposable stethoscope which are better quality. I did some research and found the replaced parts for my 3M Littmann which I have ordered. Nurses please do not buy this stethoscope, you will be doing your patients an injustice.
