I love this shoe for little girls for several reasons: The color is a nice neutral stone (not really a nude - has a more gray undertone), a very low heel that allows easy walking but still lets them feel like a big girl in heels, and the best part is that the strap crosses low across the front of the foot. It makes for a very secure fit, instead of the type that wraps around the ankle which allows for a lot more shoe movement and possible blisters. Be mindful that the strap connects with Velcro, not a true buckle, but it feels like a strong connection and I would not worry about it disconnecting unless they are roughhousing in them. The only reason we are not keeping them & I knocked a star off is that they run a full size (or more) small. Size up!! (See photo of this shoe against another, both size 4. I even held it up against a size 3 and it was smaller.)

The media could not be loaded. I am so disappointed with my delivery of these shoes. They were supposed to be for my best friends wedding and they come in dirty and scuffed and used.

I got these for my 3-year-old for church. I loved that they're sandal-looking but still closed-toe, so she can wear them with tights, too. She loves trying on my high heels, and these seemed little enough to make her feel fancy without limiting her play ability. Her toes are hanging off all of her size 8 sandals. She's firmly into size 9 in the in-person stores we've been to lately, so I ordered size 9 for her. I had to laugh when we put them on. They look like clown shoes on her! They're easily a full size or even a size and a half too big. They're now on a closet shelf to let her grow into them. I do appreciate the adjustable ankle strap as an ex-skinny-foot kid myself. They seem totally cute and like they'll be a hit. We'll try them again in the winter!
