These jujube dates are soft, chewy, and lightly sweet. I love using them in my tea and in sesame rice ball desserts with goji berries. They soak up liquid nicely and add a gentle sweetness without overpowering other flavors.They feel fresh and look plump, and since they’re all-natural with no additives, I feel good about eating them often. The bag is a generous size and lasts a long time, even with regular use. Be careful of the little seed in them. That is woody and inedible.

These dried jujube dates are great quality and feel very fresh compared to some others I have tried. They are soft and chewy with just the right amount of natural sweetness. The size of each date is consistent and they look plump.I mainly eat them as a snack. It is so much healthier than cookies or cakes but still satisfies my sweet tooth cravings, especially after dinner. I have also cooked them with goji berries and lotus seeds, and they become this nourishing and slightly sweet soup. If you make your own nut or grain milk, try use a few of these to sweeten the milk. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. They also work well sliced and added into oatmeal or baked goods.These are completely natural with no additives, so I know I am just getting pure fruit. They provide both nutrients and energy.For the amount you get, I think it is very good value for money. The bag is generous and lasts a long time even with regular snacking.
