We use these to help my daughter fall asleep at night when we is still full of energy at night. She has a hard time settling in for the night. We give her 1 of these when we lay down and it takes about 20 min or so to start helping her settle in for the night. She loves them, tastes good.

I'll start this review talk by saying that I was buying 3mg melatonin gummies before, but these work so much better! They help my kids fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer without waking up groggy. They actually enjoy taking them because they taste great, and I love that they’re drug-free and gentle. The quality is excellent, and the price is reasonable for how well they work. If you’re looking for a reliable melatonin supplement for kids, I highly recommend these!
