I bought these smoothies when I first had bariatric surgery. They were great tasting. The protein content was adequate to fit my daily protein goals. The size was not overwhelming so they were easy to pack & carry in my lunch box. even shared these with a friend who got braces & was having difficulty eating. She even bought herself some. 100% recommend this product.

I was so excited to buy a high-protein snack for the kids for after school. Unfortunately, the aftertaste is just too much for my kids and for me.

First of all, let me say it was a great value for my money. Next let me say it was the most amazing, tastiest protein smoothie that I have ever tasted in my life. And I have tried quite a few really made shakes, smoothies, and powders. Even my mom who doesn’t really have an appetite in the hospital, drink these. She actually enjoyed them, so I am surely going to keep on ordering these for her as well as myself. They don’t have any type of chalky taste or weird aftertaste. Because it does contain some fruit, it may be a little weird at first because there’s some sort of a texture when you were sucking it in from the package. But it does not taste weird or anything like that. There’s just a slight texture that once you get past that and realize it does not affect the taste and it’s not that bad, you’ll continue to drink it. I love the protein content, and the nutritional value is not that bad. I wish it was a little bit larger in size but it’s OK. The consistency is perfect.

Most of these are great tasting and not too sweet. The blueberry and vanilla is not good. The coconut flavor is strong in the ones that has it.

I am really happy with this product. Healthy ingredients and not too sweet. I also give them to my elderly mom who needs extra protein. All of the flavors are really good. I like that they can be kept at room temperature until opened. Highly recommend if you’re looking for extra protein or meal supplement.
