The metal is decent quality and creates nice Memphis style designs in my sgrafitto and polymer clay work. Easy to hold and cut.

It's a cookie cutter, it cuts cookie dough, the dough cooks in that shape. It does exactly as it says. It's a nice small sized cutter so you won't have giant chevrons.
