I've used this detergent for years because it cleans well, doesn't irritate our skin, and doesn't leave a residue in the washer or on the laundry. I selected the 5-pack because this size is hard to find in the grocery store and fits well in my washer pedestal. At checkout, I got a message I was over my limit and the cart was reduced to 4 bottles. Frankly, I thought the 5-pack might be in a factory box that would reduce the risk of bottles spilling in transit. I needn't have worried, the 4 bottles were well packaged and no leaking. I just wouldn't advertise a 5-pack if you aren't going to sell it. It's not like I would sell the 5th bottle on the black market. I do wish Tide would bring back the refill option. I saved my Tide bottle that fit the refill size. Loved those.
