This is a great cookbook for the green egg. A lot of good recipes especially for those that just got a green egg. I have had a green egg for twenty plus years, i have smoked grilled and cook pizzas on it and there was still a lot of information I did know or remembered in this book and several recipes I got to try. It is a good reference book for someone who is seriously thinking about getting an egg. And great for someone that has had an egg for sometime that not been using it much it will reticulated you desire to start cooking again. And with the holidays coming up recipes to cook a turkey or Ham freeing up the oven in the house for other great holiday treats and sides. And it cooks a mean brisket. Highly recommend this book.
