Put this in the ground last night and had a dead mole in it this morning. Easy reset and reuse. The trap mechanism is below ground so it is pretty much pet safe. These things are awesome.

There must be a trick because I have caught exactly zero moles with these traps. Have had better luck with GopherHawk. With these traps, the moles often just dig under it. The trip mechanism isn’t right, at least, they aren’t tripping the trap!

We used to have a mole problem. These traps work!!! After a thorough inspection it was easy to see these things can break your fingers if mishandled. The trigger pan sensitivity can be adjusted. I like the attached rabbit ear handles that eliminate the need for extra prying utensils to open the trap jaws. The downside is there is no safety catch to hold the jaws in place while setting the trigger pan and placing the trap in the hole. KEEP YOUR FINGERS OUT OF THE TRAP JAWS!!! These traps outperformed the Gopherhawk hands down.

I have had these for one month and only caught 1 using all the traps. I even had my neighbors son who works for a landscaping company try and he could not catch one. Amizon has to do more studying on products they sell. With that being said I like the ease of returning products that do not work!!!

We thought we had a mole that was living between ours and the neighbors yard. We tried several routes to try to rid of it with no luck. It was tearing up our yard! We almost paid $150+ for an exterminator but my husband decided to buy these and try them first. The first night he caught what ended up being a gopher! Our yard hasn't been touched since! Would use again!

They do seem easy to use at least at 1st blush, but it will take a season/two to tell value/effectiveness. I'd have preferred a set of 2, vice 4.
