Let it cool down to the mid to upper 90 degrees (there is a temp sensitive strip on the side of the mixing cup that will help you learn how long to microwave the water - be sure that it is not in the RED - TOO HOT)Pour that solution into the fresh water side of the unit; then hold tightly up against your nose so you don't leak all over the place; then press the low or high pressure button which turns on the pump and starts pumping the saline solution up one side and out the other side back down into the waste water side of the unit. only takes about 10 seconds to complete a wash. You can hold your nose OR just breath through your mouth while the wash is working.FEELS great after with my sinuses all washed out with saline water.Directions for how to keep unit clean are easy. Comes with two sets of nasal plugs so your and your partner can use the unit without spreading any illness you may have between you.Comes with a battery installed and ready to go. 50 packets of very fine ground salt so it dissolves faster.One side of my nose was congested before the wash and both sides were clear after the wash.This unit works exactly as they advertise it and so I highly recommend it.

Nasal Irrigation System with 50 Salt Packets (Blue), Sinus Rinse Machine, Nose Cleaner for SinusI was looking for a machine that was going to help me with several breathing issues. When I read the directions for this machine, it seemed to cover all of them.That was the main reason I purchased this particular system.First of all, I really like that there is a clean chamber and a waste chamber. I also like that I can clear one side of my nose at a time, instead of having to do both. I felt like I was drowning on a machine that did not have this feature.You also get a measuring cup that has an indicator on it that tells you if your water is too hot or too cold.When you are finished with your first use, your nose will feel so clean and your head feels refreshed. The machine is self-cleaning.This is a complete nasal irrigation system. The only thing you have to add is the water.I love this machine and I would recommend it to a friend.

NEVER USE WITHOUT SALT PACKET! Straight water through your nasal cavity will burn and make you feel like you're drowning!This unit is a cheaper version of the Navage. It comes with 50 salt packets. If you are heavily congested, you can use 2 at a time for "hypertonic solution" which is not recommended to use frequently. It does work well, and it has 2 separate chambers like every other irrigation system I've ever seen. If I had to say a negative about anything, it's the fact that they recommend using it twice a day. That's quite excessive unless you are seriously congested or sick. You don't have to be sick to use it, I use my nasal irrigation system once a week regardless of how I feel. During allergy season, I use it a bit more. Overall, it's a good product for the price, and as long as you can get replacement salt packets, you're good to go.

This is a very powerful machine for nasal cleaning. It is a great idea that it divided clean and dirty section. The machine & sinus does not get contaminated. Cleaning one nose at a time, is easier to breath. Of course, I can do both at the same time and breath with my mouth. It works really well and fast. Only take 10-15 seconds to finish one nose. Installation was super easy and simple. Instructions were clear. I like it comes with 50 packages of salt. I can start the cleaning right away. And able to order the same salt in future. Overall, this machine working great, no irritation afterward, feel clean and breath better than before. Great products, highly recommend.

This nasal irrigation system is super powerful.This sinus rinse irrigation system came with included salt packets and is fairly easy to use. The unit is quite large and bulky though, so you would want to keep this stored at home. It is a strong and powerful system with two nozzles - downside being you would have more to clean than a typical nettie pot. If you have sinus congestion you won't after this!

I have never done nasal irrigation so I can't compare to other equipment or techniques. I have only used this a few times and I am a believer. It does clean things out. It took me a couple of times to figure out how to keep the solution from coming out of my mouth but all is good now. The machine works good, is easy to clean, and comes with a jar to mix the solution in.

Half of the flush water is on the floor after pouring out the small safety valve hole above the collection tank. Cannot find any helpful info and unable to return or exchange without explanation.
