The scent lasts a long time and isn't too overpowering, but you can still definitely smell it. It does have to be plugged in at all times, but that's doable. You can get many different scents also, so that's nice if you like variety.

Love this in my car. Lasts longer than any I’ve tried. Im also allergic to a lot of scents and I’ve tried out 3 different scents from pura and I love them! No headaches. Very much worth the price

AVOID THIS PRODUCT - Multiple Device Failures & Abysmal Customer ServiceI've been a Pura subscriber since August, initially drawn to what seemed like a premium car fragrance solution. What started as a great experience has devolved into complete frustration and wasted money.The Problems Keep MultiplyingDevice Failure Issues:After 6 months, my original diffuser stopped recognizing scent cartridges entirelyDespite following ALL troubleshooting steps (squeezing cartridge sides, reinstalling, etc.), the device would only show "unknown" cartridgePurchased a replacement unit on Bolo thinking my kids broke the first onePlot twist: The new unit is WORSE - won't recognize cartridges at all unless you physically hold and squeeze the sides while it's runningCustomer Service NightmareMultiple attempts to resolve through every channel:Phone support ✓Chat support ✓Email support ✓Each time, same useless response: "squeeze the sides of the cartridge." I had to provide photo and video evidence that their "solution" doesn't work. Six months later, still no real resolution.The Final Straw: Ordered cartridge replacements in early May - never delivered. Customer support chat was "too busy" and forced me to email. Sent detailed email about missing $35 order. Complete radio silence for over a month.Let's Talk ValueWhen you're paying $30+ for a diffuser plus $15/month for fragrances, you expect:Products that actually workResponsive customer supportBasic order fulfillmentInstead, I'm averaging $30/month on a car air freshener system that barely functions and a company that ghosts paying customers.Bottom LineOne working device out of three attempts is not acceptable for a "premium" product. The only reason this isn't zero stars is that my wife's unit still works (for now).Save your money and sanity - there are countless reliable car air fresheners that don't require a monthly subscription and actually work.RUN. AWAY.

This thing is loud! I mean I'm half deaf and old and it is still very loud, kinda sounds like a fan that is off kilter. Having said that it works but for the money paid I would have hoped it to be a LOT quieter. So far I've only used the Red Rock & Amber and despite my initial concerns about how it might smell it is actually quite pleasant even my wife likes it. In case we didn't like it I also bought the Apple Orchard one but will hold off until the other one runs out of smell. Despite what others have said my unit does just the right amount of smell and we have a Saint Bernard who rides pretty much everywhere with us.

We must've had a defective unit however they sent a label to return as well as a replacement item. So far so good. It worked right away.

So I thought it came with an unscented pod so we can add our own fragrances. This was not the case at all.It's an electric device that's only compatible with their fragrances that the brand supplies.And you have to but it seperate which is an additional 15$ - 20$ per fragrance.Which is also weird that they even send you a completely empty small box with just a note card inside. Like why send that if there was at least a trial fragrance or a pod of sorts. Makes no sense.You literally can not activate it without their pods.Honestly they should allow us to add our own scents because it kind of defeated the purpose of what I needed it for.I already had a custom scent made and everything.So I'm debating if I want to return this or not yet. I just got it in the mail today. March 27, 2025.I've contacted the brand to see if they have an option that maybe isn't available on Bolo to be able to add our own fragrance.I'm not really interested in their scents at all. To be honest.

Best car scent diffuser out there!Must buy! So smart, download the app, put in the scent disc, plug it in, and enjoy the great smell! The app and Bluetooth knows when you are getting in the car from proximity and starts the scent for you. Love it, highly recommended!

Waste of money. Doesn’t give off a good aroma in my mini SUV. Fabrese car clips does a much better job.
