The app is really easy to use and connects automatically after you establish the first Bluetooth connection, which makes tracking progress really easy.The design is very clean and modern, and actually feels more accurate than your usual step-on scale due to the electrode system with handle. There is also voice prompt feature that tells you how to measure yourself properly and is surprisingly helpful, in case you do not want to stare at the screen. Lastly, you can share the same scale with multiple users, it works great for families or partners who are all on different fitness journeys.

I have been using this scale every day at different times of the day. People said the accuracy varies depending on your state of hydration, and it did show some slight variation. However, the variation was not too far away, and using it shows how my health was trending. The difference in body fat was approximately 0.5% between my dry state and my hydrated state, which was insignificant enough. The true goal I should have focused on was to collect the data over time, which is why I'm now taking measurements continuously.
