Better off burning your money
Got these knowing VIVE is a trusted, reputable brand in the VR space since I didn't have room for base stations and couldn't afford the full expensive setup, either. Let me tell you I have never made a worse financial decision. I would get more worth for my money if I spent $10000 at a car dealership and that car blew up as soon as I drove it out of the parking lot.If your room is: painted a perfect, dull shade of white/light grey (can't have ANY reflective surfaces or else they won't track), has NOTHING in it (no bed, desk, dresser, etc.) and has about 100 400w light bulbs lining every corner of it to keep it brighter than the surface of the sun, congratulations you can use HTC VIVE Ultimate trackers. What's that? That sounds like a super expensive, unnecessary and irritating setup to make these work? You're right! That's why they're worthless!Marketing these as "inexpensive" and "easy to use" and "great for first-time VR users" is all a lie and honestly VIVE should be open to a class action lawsuit of some kind for lying to their customers and scamming them out of $230.30 for every single one of these. They are expensive for what little value, if any, that they deliver. They aren't durable so they can't survive your inevitable frustration. They are NOT easy to use, the setup is irritating and as mentioned earlier, doesn't work without a picture perfect environment. Great for first-time users? I had a better experience as a desktop user in VRChat than I did trying to set up these absolute wastes of money.Bottom line? Buy these if you hate yourself, hate your money, hate happiness, and only wish to spread and experience misery. Do yourself a favor, buy Valve's VR equipment, they're moderately more expensive but are leagues better than anything this garbage company is putting out. It is my hope that everyone who thought of, engineered and then ok'd this design lost their job and got forced back into minimum wage because they clearly don't belong in any tech position. I wouldn't trust them to unplug a cord from an outlet, they might find a way to set my house on fire.
Vive ultimate trackers
The product actually works really well. I tested them out from a friend when it was recently released. Oh boy, it was really bad. Now it has improved so much that I got it for myself. There are still a few bugs, but the tracking is very good.

DONGLE/CRADLE NOT INCLUDED
What they don't tell you, is that they take out the dongle and cradle and charge you for the same original price of the tracker. Now I have to buy the dongle and cradle separately for $40. Make sure before you buy this you read and look for a part that states "VIVE Wireless Dongle required for use. Not included with purchase of individual VIVE Ultimate Tracker."Why would you guys alter the way it's sold?

Terrible software
I went with a 2, 3.0s (legs) + 1 ultimate (chest) for my son's Xmas day present and the ultimate did not come with the dongle. We ordered the dongle waited 2 days for it to arrive, just for it never to link up. The software is terrible... i even repositions the base stations and nothing. Don't waste your money and time and stick with the 3.0s. At least they come with the dongles.

Terrible software
