This set of needles actually holds up pretty well. Now, maybe I bought the wrong needle size before (and it was also a different brand), but these 0.75mm ones were pretty nice; not as thick. Even when I press down hard, I only get minor bleeding as most (spot bleeding that's almost not-visible once I wash my face). If I wanted a smaller size or even the same size (if my needles should ever warp [hopefully not]), I'll definitely consider this brand again. Good quality for the price. I should probably warn others though that if you're not used to microneedling, start slow and lightly. I remember my first set of needles was not comfortable (and I was probably using 0.5mm too). Tolerance needs to be built.

I really like this brand and their product. I have been using for a long time and then realize that I should replace these once in a while :) and ordered new one. As long as you keep them clean, these are effective, no skin irritation experienced. They have their own storage box, very easy to use.

Very high quality, came in perfect condition and the included case is perfect and holds the roller tightly. .5mm feels more like a peppermint oil tingle and isn't painful in the slightest.I'm noticing a bit more density in my beard already so it's doing what I wanted effectively and is super easy to use, it takes like 30 seconds to cover the whole area.

I bought this item after reading there is a possibility it can help with hair loss and skin rejuvenation. It is definitely poky. I have used it on my face and scalp. I have not had it long enough to determine results. It was at a good price and delivered quickly.

If you are new to micro needling or have been using a derma roller for years, this beauty derma roller is a fantastic tool to incorporate in your weekly beauty routine.I start by disinfecting my derma roller with isopropyl alcohol, and then I apply a thin layer of jojoba oil to my face. I use this derma roller to micro needle, my face and neck. If you’re not used to doing this, it doesn’t hurt, but you will feel a slight sting similar to a sunburn. I use the .7 depth.I’ve owned multiple derma rollers and derma stamps from Koi beauty and have been very happy with my purchase every time!

I have bought the Koi Beauty .75mm and the 1.5mm needle rollers. I have typical male pattern balding. Receding in the front and the crown of my scalp. My hair was thinning too. I'm 63 and decided I was going to fight my hair loss. I investigated hair regrowth. That's how I first heard of microneedling. I tried the .75mm once and the 1.5mm 3 times in 3 months. It isn't very comfortable because the needles puncture your scalp 4 times forward and sideways and then a X pattern 4 times. When you're done it feels like a sunburn. I started a photo journal when I first started to see any results. I'm in my 4th month and looking at the photos it's pretty remarkable. My hair is thicker, the receding area has new hairs and the crown has shrunk from about a 4" circle to around 2" with fine hair. From the videos 1.5mm is the length for scalp hair regrowth. The individual needles like this one is better than the disk style. They have around 400 needles compared to 200 for the Koi needle roller. They also say the roller is good for 4-6 times. They say to give it 6 months to see results. At 2 months I started seeing results! I'm happy with this purchase and seeing hair that was missing for a while.

El producto es bueno. No encontré el tipo de material de las agujas pero si es lo que espere. Esta muy filoso. Le doy 4 estrellas por que parecía mas grande y esta pequeñito y no encontré el tipo de material a lo mejor me perdí la info. Si recomiendo comprar con él por que es lo que decía. Si son agujas. Compre el de 4mm.
