Each and every single one of them always broke my scalp out ( even the one my hairdresser would use on me). So indecided to try the Nexxus hair oil because i am familiar with the brand . I have used their hair mask in the past and loved it. So i decided why not… omg!! My search has ended!! It has a nice pleasant smell to it, not overpowering at all, the oil is nice and lightweight, it does not weigh my hair down. It dries instantly so no greasy residue, it tames my frizz for days, my hair is left so soft & bouncy, it even has a healthy, silky feeling to it. But BEST of all… NO SCALP BREAK-OUTS!!! …would recommend! Very good product! Trusted brand!

A miracle for dry hair. Seriously. I have very dry hair and scalp, and my hair tends towards what they call "Irish curls," half straight and half wavy/curly. It's a mess. I do have nice hair, and a lot of it, and it's a mixture of fine, medium, and coarse, but lately it was so dry that it felt like straw every day. So it was very difficult finding something appropriate, and secondly, NOTHING worked until using this product by Nexxus. It feels like it's completely natural. Most other products just sat on the hair and made the hair really heavy and oily, or else even more dry. Nexxus is the only product I would recommend. I hope they never stop making this and I am going to stock up on this miracle product! The price is also so affordable! This works as well or better than that French brand you hear about all the time, but at a price that is reasonable for everyone.

I wanted a lightweight hair protecting as I blow dry my hair almost every day and this seems to be working like another one o have and I can't tell the difference between the two so that's nice. I'm always worried one will be too heavy for my fine curly hair but this one is working well.

I am 59. I have fine this curly hair. I am super impressed. Did my curly routine, diffused my hair and then used this hair oil to slap out the crunch. Love how full and soft and not weighed down my curls are. A little bit goes a long way so this is going to last me probably longer then a year. Plus compared to other brands the price is really good. Plus it smells nice. So happy ai bought this.

While one would think it would effect greasy or oily looking and feeling hair based on the ingredients, it does not. It seems to be quite lightweight and I think the best way to describe the effect that it has is to say that it provides a "slip" to my curls that make them bouncier and shinier and seems to protect against frizz.What I especially love about this product is that, unlike so many of the other products on the market (like ALL of them!) I've found to be just rather greasy, if not done right slimy, and they attract dirt/dust. While they might make one's hair look nicer for the first few minutes, after just a little while it seems that shiny frizz is produced that attracts dust or dirt. That doesn't happen with this product. YAY!My favorite way to use it is to put three squirts into my dollop of hair conditioner after shampooing. I use Clairol Herbal Essences Rose Hip Conditioner after shampooing with Johnson's Baby Shampoo. YES... I have found that with my naturally curly and extraordinarily fine hair that Johnson's Baby Shampoo is the ONLY shampoo that does not cause dryness and other strange things to happen to my hair. Ignore the nonsense about sulfates. They are a NECESSARY agent to lift the oil and sebum and dirt from one's hair especially if it is super baby fine like mine. Because of the fact that oil does not get distributed well through curly hair it does need a little bit of help and that's where this amazing Nexxus product comes in. After rinsing my conditioner and Nexxus oil combination out, I use Nexxus Cashmere Curls Gel Cream on my towel dried hair all by itself. For the top of my hair, which I will either loosen the curl with with a curling brush or a blow dryer, when my hair is almost dry, I mix one squirt of this in with another squirt of the Nexxus Cashmere Curls to protect it from the heat when I am finishing it. It is almost unbelievable how well the two Nexxus products work together.It is an extremely pleasant and welcome bonus that this product smells so amazing too! It is not so overpowering that it will clash with your favorite perfume. It leaves a pleasant, very light scent throughout your hair. I LOVE the smell of the Nexxus Cashmere Curls Gel Cream too but it very rapidly dissipates. When I mix a little bit of this in with that the scent is just very pleasant and seems to last.I keep one bottle in the shower so that I have it handy by my hair conditioner and one bottle with my styling tools.OH! I almost forgot to mention...purely by accident did I discover that it is also wonderful for your cuticles. When I got my first bottle I was so enamored with the scent that I didn't rinse it off of my hands when I first used it and I found myself massaging my cuticles. It softens them and makes them much less noticeable between manicures but doesn't make my hands or fingertips feel oily or greasy.

I have tons of fine semi-wavy hair that had been feeling dry and brittle due to hormonal fluctuations. I purchased this product in hopes it would tame my hair and my hair LOVES IT. I have used the hair oil with wet hair before I blow dry it and it gives my hair a shiny smooth finish without weighing it down. I have also used this oil when my hair is dry after curling to break up and soften the curls and it works beautifully and seems to break up some of the hairspray buildup from the previous day. I am impressed for the quality of the oil for such a great price point. My hair both looks and feels healthier without having weighed down hair.
