It gives them and me peace of mind for them to live alone. Any time they need anything, they know they can just push the button and it will alert me. It sends both a text message and a phone call. I was not happy about having to pay a monthly charge of $10 after the system was kind of pricey, but it’s worth it for the piece of mind.

It works perfectly! I do receive messages about the WiFi disconnecting. However, my grandmother states it was an issue before installation.Setup was easy to follow. Also there’s a monthly fee.It provides peace of mind knowing I can monitor my grandmother while she maintains her independence.

Product is exactly what I was needing. Being able to have the peace of mind of knowing my aging parents are doing well and that I will be alerted if they’re not is so immensely valuable. I did have concerns about the setup at first but I called their customer service number and they walked me right through it, made it super easy. Even gave me some tips on how to best get started with the app too! Definitely would recommend this essentials kit.

I was originally just looking for a fall detection product for my grandfather. However, I came across this and not only does it have fall detection, but it also sends me notifications when my grandfather opens his medicine cabinet and when he doesn’t every day. Excited to have found this!

Very hard to setup. I would not recommend this product. I’m still trying to set it up and get it connected and I have had it for 2 weeks. I’m ready to send it back.

We have set up the Nomo Smart Care system for my mom. This system has been very helpful for me to monitor her movement within the home. She is at risk to fall so the system has been helpful showing me motion. Also, when she doesn’t answer her cell phone the two way calling monitor is quite efficient in getting her to respond to let me know she is ok. I can see this device becoming more and more helpful as my mom ages more and requires more assistance or checking up on.The app is helpful as well and I am excited to delve more into all the different things we can do with the notifications and other options.As a retired special education teacher, I can see this system for parents to allow for more independence for their children while giving parents a sound piece of mind knowing their children are safe.
