Took awhile to see results. However, with natural products it does not work within days. I started using this product then went to liquid. I decided to come back to this as one it is easier to take and two I believe it works better because it is Dihdroberberine. I six months my belly fat has decreased minimally and I can not sit and cross my legs. I do use this in conjuction with Ceylon cinnamon, and Gymnema Sylvestre.

I used this as a supplement to my other drugs: Jardiance and Metformin. I took 1 table a day, in between the use of the other drugs. I works, it lowered my numbers by as much as 30 points. But over time, I developed diarrhea. After stopping use, after two days, the symptom stopped. Needless to say, I stopped using Dihydroberberine. (However it may work well with other drugs or no other drugs.)Update: The product didn't work well while I was using Jardiance. However, when I ran out of Jardiance I began using the Dihydroberberine. This time I did not suffer from diarrhea. From what I can tell, it is very compatible with Metfromin.

I do not normally write negative reviews, but I took this twice—as directed. The first time I woke up in the middle of the night very nauseous, took some pepto, and managed to hold it down. I felt ill the entire next day, and that evening, I had a 100’ fever. Once the fever broke, I felt pretty normal, so I assumed that I had actually just been legitimately sick. A few days later, I took the berberine again, and again, I woke up after an hour or two feeling really ill. Well, I knew where this was going and didn’t want to be down and out for 24 hours, so I decided to let it rip. 6 hours of the most violent puking I’ve ever experienced in my 43 years on this planet later, I burst blood vessels in my eye (and all around). 15 days later, I still look like the walking dead. At one point, I thought, “you know, this is so bad, I wouldn’t be surprised if I died,” and resolved to go to the ER if I didn’t turn a corner soon. The vomiting sessions continued but were less severe, so I waited it out. You’ve been warned; this is clearly not manufactured by a reputable lab. I’m contemplating having the pills tested.For reference, I do not have a sensitive stomach, and have NEVER experienced something this horrible. It felt like my stomach was actually twisting inside of me. Unbelievable. Please be careful!
