Firstly, I have only used the Scuba once and it's far more complicated (modes and the AI used to attempt to cover the entire pool) than my other pool cleaner so I'll come back and post an update once I have more information. I'm also going to upload a short video.Unpacking:The unpacking was simple and it was extremely well packed so arrived pristine and arrived fast, I believe 2 days.Charging:This was simple, just pull out the rubber plug and plug in the electrical cord and it charges.Ready for the first voyage:I unplugged it from the charger and then refit the rubber plug. I brought it to my "small 3500 gallon" all tile pool and held the button for a few seconds, it turned on and I put it into the pool.Walls:It immediately started cleaning the walls, It wasn't perfect coverage but it did it's job and kept moving a bit to the right and then doing the next line on the wall. My other cleaner only does floors.Steps:I have a unique "Spool" that is 7x13x5.5'deep. You walk in on the one edge and there are a narrow series of steps that you follow down the short side of the pool and then turn and you're in the pool. The Scuba would make it's way up the wall and then across the step and then finish up the wall. Then it would work it's way back down, across the step and then down to the bottom and then would turn slightly to the right and do the next line. It would pause periodically to try to figure out what to do but always seemed to find a way off the steps even when one of the treads was not touching. Even in the corner it is a tight step but it managed to just fit. It fell sideways but eventually got itself back off the small step. I didn't give it hours in the auto mode to see if it would cover everything but perhaps next time I will.Floor:It wasn't spending much time on the floor and instead was working on the walls pretty much for 45 minutes or so. I decided time to crack open the manual for the first time and see what I could figure out. There are many modes. I believe it was in the full auto floor and walls mode but honestly, I didn't confirm the LED so I will have to try it again. However, I pressed the button a few times until it was set to floor only mode and put it back in the pool. I watched it for maybe 20 minutes and it was hard to determine what it's game plan was but it wasn't slowly covering inch by inch, it was moving around a bit erratic. There was a lot of noticeable dirt all over the floor so I decided to leave it be and go about another project I needed to work on. I came back about an hour later, so probably around 2 hours total run time, and it was still happily running and what's more, NOT A SPEC OF DIRT ON THE FLOOR! It cleaned everything spotless!Cleaning the dirt collection:I had a different pool cleaner that was much more difficult to clean out. This guy was dead easy. Lift the cover, pull out the screen/net basket (which had a ton of dirt and debris in it), and spray it down with the garden hose and you're good to go!Conclusion:I still have to fully take the covers off the pool and put the Scuba back in set to floor and wall mode and then just let it do it's thing. I thought I read that it can run for 90 minutes but I'm sure it was running much longer than that. I'll fully charge it and run it in full auto and see how it works. That said, it did a great job on the floor and seemed to be doing a nice job on the walls. Very impressed with the battery life.

UPDATE - Working with Yohanna, i received a replacement unit really quickly. After charging, I set it to cleaning my pool and watched it work. It runs faster than the other one and the pattern seems improved as well. Battery life is longer. The improved waste basket is awesome! Catches all the fine silt and it was a lot, although I couldn't see it in the pool. Great update! I would still lime to see it weighted better, so it stays closer to the pool botto. When cleaning. The wheelies are odd, but they do settle out in time.Let me say that I am VERY IMPRESSED with Aiper's customer service and especially Yohanna's careful handling of my case. Super responsive, helpful, and kept up updated at every step. I appreciate that level of attention and support. THANK YOU YOHANNA!I'm replacing a Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus that I had for10 years, which was phenomenal. I just couldn't pay $300 for a motor, when I can get a new one for near the same. That said, this unit is okay. I love that it isn't wired, so wireless is a great upgrade. I'm not happy with the weight of the unit, as it's light and doesn't always stay on the pool floor. It gets stuck in areas, but in all honestly, I think any unit can do that. It's also a very slow unit and takes 1-2 seconds each time it changes direction. I would also like to see an option that allows for fine silt removal, as the basket doesn't do that. Don't get me wrong, it works fine, but could be a better unit with some improvements.

UPDATE:I was finally able to connect the regular S1 to the app and that fixed the issue of the unit running randomly around the pool.After reaching out to Aiper, they allowed me to switch the S1 to the S1 Pro. I will say, the pro does a much better job and picks up items that the regular Aiper was leaving behind. I was able to get the app to work smoothly on the pro. I'm giving this 4 stars for the fact that Aiper has really great customer service. If you have trouble reaching them through email, I suggest sending them a message through their website.The only thing that is now a little discouraging is the fact that it still does not pick up all the fine particles. I hope that they make a basket in the future that can collect even the finest specs... but for now, I am pleased with the unit keeping my pool 95% clean.Original review:I really wanted to love this pool cleaner. I ran it over and over for days hoping that it would get better. It randomly goes around the pool, not the up and down motion that it shows in the product images. It does collect leaves, some dirt, and other items (like a hair tie that was at the bottom of my pool) but it absolutely does not pick up everything nor does it provide full coverage of the bottom or walls. I've ran this pool cleaner probably 12 times in the last 10 days and it's unfortunately not able to replace cleaning manually. I actually think I should have spent roughly double and got a pro version of this pool cleaner.I think the mesh holder isn't fine enough because I see dirt coming out of the back of the vacuum when it's cleaning my pool.I reached out to the company. First through email, which they did not respond to. And then through their website and they promptly responded to that during business hours. They told me to upgrade the firmware, which I could never get to upgrade. Finally I told them just to cancel my "open ticket" out of frustration.I'm now stuck with this...which kind of works.

Great product. Make sure to read the manual for the different settings. One setting allows it to climb and clean the walls and it parks itself on the rim when it’s done. It’s not too heavy and easy to use. The price point is worth it compared to the $200+ we pay for monthly cleaning. The power is okay. We probably should have bought the other model due to the size of our pool.

También no hace trabajos continuos en la superficie y orillas de la alberca.

في البداية لم يعجبني الأداء لأن ما يقوم بشفطه ينفثه في الاتجاه الاخر والماء في حوض السباحة يصبح عكرا للغاية.. قمت بالتجربة مرارا ولكن كانت النتيجة محبطة حتى اكتشفت المشكلة!!!! الفلتر يحوي على شبك غير دقيق! الغبار والتراب الناعم لا يمكن احتواءه بهذا الفلتر ابدا، لهذا قمت بإضافة قطعة قماش قطنية رقيقة وفائقة الدقة بداخله.. قمت بالصاقه باللاصق الجل ذو الوجهين، وتثبيته من الأعلى بغطاء الفلتر نفسه ونجحت الحيلة ١٠٠% اذ قام الفلتر باحتواء جميع الأتربة بدقة فائقة.. أرجو من الشركة المصنعة ان تضع لنا خيارات اكثر للفلاتر وتضيف من ضمنها الفلاتر الدقيقة للغاية.

No tiene fuerza al aspirar, en la descripción del producto dice unas características que no trae, no absorbe todo lo que hay, pues al acercarse el agua que saca a un lado lo empuja y el robot no tiene la capacidad de succionarlo, así que solo parece que empuja las hojas, decepcionada, no lo recomiendo para nada,
No vale la pena el producto
No vale la pena el precio por lo que hace, tiene muchos defectos, se levanta todo el tiempo de la parte de en frente, al momento de pedir soporte mandan una actualización con cambios mínimos, el filtro se llena demasiado rápido y deja de aspirar
