Purchased this light in Nov of 2024, it’s now about a year and 4 months since I bought this light and I use it nearly every day.It’s a fantastic light that’s rugged, durable, holds a charge for a long time, and is bright enough for realistically any need. The black light is useful for me as someone who works on cars to diagnose leaks with UV fluids. The lasers just cool and fun to play with for me.All in all I have put this thing through its paces; it’s been through the washer and dryer in a pair of pants and came out totally fine. I’ve dropped it dozens of times, even stepped on it, spilled chemicals on it, and it just keeps going. I also find great value in the clip that’s both deep Carry and compatible with hats to wear as a hat light, which I do at work constantly.A couple quirks; the button and selector ring are prone to getting dirt and gunk stuck in the crevices which makes operation difficult. Can be remedied with simple cleaning/degreasing with some alcohol. The light has on a handful of occasions acted strangely, such as suddenly showing that it’s out of battery when it is fully charged, then suddenly going back to normal after pressing and holding the button. The charger also has had some quirks with not wanting to turn red indicating that it’s charging when it is low on battery.Other than that, just realize that if using on the brightest setting (turbo) that the lens and front of the light get HOT and FAST. Do not touch it to your skin, you WILL get burned.Highly have enjoyed this light, however it seems they’ve rolled out a new line called the Arkpro Ultra (which is so needlessly confusing…Arkfeld Pro? ArkPro? Etc.) so perhaps they have fixed some of these issues.

I bought this after someone at my workplace showed me his, and I was impressed with the UV light, which is impressively powerful, especially for a multifunction light like this. The price is pretty high, and it's really fairly clunky to use overall, but it's still worth it for that UV light. I would have bought the Arkfeld UV that doesn't have the laser pointer, since I didn't really need that, but was disappointed to hear that the UV light on that is substantially weaker, so I went with this.Good stuff:- Build quality is more than fine. The body is well-formed and nicely-textured metal, the front window appears to be real glass, the button and selector switch feel good to use, and it looks nice. If you like to impress people with gadgets, you'll probably like this.- The white light has a good brightness range and beam profile. It's very soft at the edges and the color is very uniform. The angle is just about perfect for indoor use; it can reach across most rooms without issue, but doesn't feel too tight even up close. Battery life at the lower modes is great, making this an attractive reading light for camping trips.- The UV light, as mentioned above, is great. It appears to be genuinely 365 nm - that is, actually mostly invisible - and is very powerful, meaning that anything fluorescent will glow very brightly and be easy to spot. I've seen hidden stains and dust with this that were completely invisible under a cheap 395nm UV LED; it's the real deal.Bad stuff:- The proprietary magnetic charging connector thing is annoying. I'd much rather have had a plain old USB-C port. In this day and age, I don't have a lot of patience for having to keep yet more single-purpose cables in my backpack while traveling.- Switching between brightness levels on the white LED is confusing. You have to press and hold the button to step through the three upper levels, and the lowest level is only accessible by turning the light off and holding the button. I wish the brightness levels could have been additional positions on the rotating selector switch instead; that would have made way more sense.- The white light has a strobe mode. Why do they always have a strobe mode? It's activated by double-pressing the on-off button, so if you were trying to get a brief flash, chances are you'll get strobe instead.- It's hard to switch between white light and UV light without turning on the laser pointer (or turning the light off first). It may seem minor, but for a light styled like this, I feel like I should go harder on anything that looks like unprofessionalism. Nobody likes negligent discharge of a laser pointer, and the Arkfeld Pro kind of sets you up for it. Once again, I would really have rather had the Arkfeld UV, but I wasn't willing to settle for less UV power.- I've noticed a few instances that look like weird firmware instability. For example, sometimes, when I turn on the laser pointer, the white light will flash very brightly for a fraction of a second. I can't make it happen consistently to know what causes it, but nobody wants that happening when you're about to give a presentation in a dimly-lit room.Bottom line: This is a great light for you if you like cool-looking gadgets, spend most of your time in an office, and frequently need both a UV flashlight and a regular one at work. (If you think this is a rare use case, you might be right, but I have to admit that it does describe me pretty well.) In my case, I think my tastes tend to run a little less pretty and a little more rugged, so if you're not as much of an outdoor-adventures type of person, you might like it more than I do.

Out of the box it was exactly what i was looking for. no modes to flip through, just select which source you want to use, and itll hold medium or low brightness when you turn it on/off depending on your last used setting. super bright triple tap mode, and double tap if you want the strobe. i dont use that though and dont want to have to click through it to use just a steady light, but its nice to have on the side should i ever need it same with the uv light. its not in the way basically. laser is good and you can pair it up with the standard light, magnet is good, only thing i dislike is not using usbc even though i understand why the option they chose was better. but they dont sell olight chargers at the gas station if yours happens to break so type c wouldve been a good backup for standardization. but overall functionality, i wouldnt change a thing. easily lasts 10 hour shifts, but i dont keep it on all shift so consider usage.

Really awesome small flashlight for every day use. The light is bright and it comes with a laser pointer and UV light which is handy sometimes. You can carry it anywhere and it works just as advertised. It is sturdy and sold, made of metal. Has a quality feel to it. Also it's rechargeable by USB and you're not looking for batteries.
