SA in the form of a moisturizer though, I was definitely willing to give this a go. I’m glad I did. Not only does it have many great ingredients, but I can use it instead of my usual gentle moisturizers. I have noticed an improvement in my skin, which is unusual for me to say since I tend to stick with really good skincare products with high quality ingredients. I’ve had less acne, which has been low lately, but also less sebaceous filaments in problem areas around my nose. Speaking of, I don't really pick up any scent.This includes a lot of great ingredients and nothing that is getting flagged by my ingredient checker. Most it lists as helpful or very, and there are a few leftover that are seemingly harmless (barring some allergy). They took a balanced approach, with exfoliation ingredients as well as moisturizing, soothing, and reducing irritation.This blends much like any serum and my fingers aren’t sticky after using. I haven’t tried makeup but this doesn’t feel like something that would cause issue. I love this sort of two for one solution and throwing in a bunch of other helpful ingredients. I don’t need to use very much, and occasionally have to use a tiny bit of extra moisturizer in the very-dry corners of my nose, so I think this bottle will last me a long time. When it’s gone I’ll definitely consider getting more. I would recommend, even for sensitive skin.

I have tried a few SA serums /lotions in the past and this is the gentlest yet most effective one I have used. I specifically use this at nights right before using a retinol serum and finishing with a moisturizer.There is no scent and its very light weight. A little goes a long way, I usually do 2-3 drops, rub in my hands then pat on my face with special focus on my forehead since I'm dealing with a Vitamin C purge right now. I have noticed my skin is softer and seems to be responding to the SA + retinol regime. There is no smell or sticky feeling to this serum.

Due to the container, this doesn't decrease in effectiveness as much as many other items of this type.I used salicylic acid for a long time, with pads, in the past but gratefully the outbreaks became less severe. It used to dry out my skin quite a bit. Another issue I had with pads was, that even though I'd close the container, they'd still dry out and lose effectiveness over time.This serum works nicely and helped with a minor outbreak (probably from stress) and felt decent going on. I like how this has an applicator/dropper which ended up being what I needed each time.Lightweight: 5 StarsMoisturizing: 3 StarsScent: 4 Stars

I have not heard of the brand APLB before, but it seems like they're a fairly popular Korean skincare brand and offer a variety of products. I was hopeful that this serum would help with my acne. I haven't noticed too much of a difference with my acne, but the plus side is that I have not broken out more and it has not dried out my skin. It is pretty lightweight and it includes a lot of great ingredients. I think the product for the price is pretty good, I'll just have to keep using it to see how it helps with my acne.

I'm a fan of this serum. I'm pretty familiar with using actives in my skincare routine so I was definitely intrigued to try this. The serum is very lightweight on the skin and sinks in. I like to add it after my toner and then I layer on my rose hip seed oil, moisturizer and seal that with vaseline. My skin doesn't feel dried out the next day which is great! I've only been using it for a few days and I haven't broken out and some of the pores on my nose look a little smaller. I'll definitely continue to use this and recommend it.

I tried this out today after my usual cleanser. I've been sick and my husband said I didn't look sick today because my skin had a glow to it and he didn't know why. It was definitely this serum! I didn't change anything else about my routine except for adding the serum. My skin didn't feel tight at all and has been soft the entire day. I made sure to pat it in and let it rest for a couple of minutes before covering with moisturizer. Definitely staying in my rotation.

I may have just been converted to this product from my old standby, benzoyl peroxide. I found it to be just as effective but the great part is it won't bleach your towels or wash rags like BP does. It goes on nicely and absorbs well. I'm really glad I tried this!

This Salicylic Acid BHA Arbutin Ampoule Serum goes on smoothly. I have 45+ yr old, sensitive, combo oily skin and breakout around my face. I am an oily mess after an hour. I also have redness around my nose and chin. So far, adapalene hasn't help nor using Saycilic acid spot treatment. I am hoping this helps. It doesn't irritate my skin or cause any more breakouts. It's only been 10 days, using it before bed and in the morning. At first, I still breakout and using it with combination of the same brand moisturizer. I didn't think this was working, but finally after 10 days, I feel that my skin has less breakouts which it seems that my skin needed to get use to this serum and time for the serum to work.
