I’ve used these products for almost 3-4 months. I saw the difference in my skin by the end of the first month which is why I continue their use and add additional products.

This is my first experience with Keys skincare and I'm very happy with this toner. Usually toners either make my skin feel sticky afterward or stripped, and there's almost no in-between of that healthy hydrated middle - this toner is one of those quality ones that leaves my skin soft without feeling sticky or stripped. It smells nice, feels good on my sensitive skin, and caused no irritation or reaction. I highly recommend it!

This has a texture that's slightly more viscous than water and gets absorbed quickly into the skin. It's gentle and hydrating and has kept my skin in good shape during the cold/dry weather. It serves as a good base for my other skincare products. I love the subtle scent it has which is very pleasant. The glass bottle packaging is beautiful but a bit heavy and not travel friendly. It also has quite the long list of ingredients including aloe leaf juice.

I’ve used many toners over the years and I can confidently say this is one of the better ones I have used. For this being a celebrity skincare line, Alicia Keys definitely made sure the quality was up to par and wasn’t just shilling out some random products with her name on them. Every keys skincare item I’ve ever used has been great.This toner comes in a sleek dark purple bottle with minimal text on the front. The product has glycerin in it, which makes it so that it glides a little more across your skin instead of immediately being absorbed. I put just a small amount on my fingers and it’s enough for my whole face.It has a fantastic smell, it’s like roses but also some kind of fruity essence. It left my skin hydrated, but not sticky, which is always what I look for in a toner.

The packaging on this product is lovely -- it comes in a nice glass bottle. I've used this now for about a month and I don't notice anything different with my skin. Other than the nice smell (it's a rosewater smell), I really don't know if this is doing anything at all, other than smelling nice. It doesn't seem to make my skin any more moisturized and with a month's use now, I just don't see any changes.The packaging is absolutely on-point though - it looks and feels very high end and seems like it would cost way more than what they're selling it for!

This toner feels so luxe! I love how the bottle looks with the rest of my skincare routine, it's easy to use, and the scent is very pleasant. I apply this with my hands and I only need a few drops -- the glycerin helps it glide over the skin very nicely. My skin feels soothed and hydrated after!I've been using less expensive toners lately to save money but the glycerin and other ingredients in this really go a long way in helping it feel soothing, refreshing, and effective. Keys Soulcare Tranquil Essence is a superb facial toner.One of the things I immediately noticed was its pleasant smell that truly adds to the whole skin care experience. After use, it leaves my skin feeling amazingly fresh, and the hydration it provides is extremely noticeable. The fact that it's vegan and cruelty-free just adds to the impression that this is a thoughtfully created product.For its quality and effectiveness, it definitely earns a 5-star review from me!

I have skin that will randomly flare up with new products but I am happy to report that it did not react to this toner. The presentation of the product is pretty - Love the bottle!! It does smell nice too.I have used this 4 times now and I haven't noticed anything different with my skin - honestly not sure what toner does - maybe smooths out skin? I guess I need to use it longer to see if it makes a bigger difference. What I can say is it did not dry my skin out or cause any reaction - I would call that a win! $25 for the bottle seems kind of average, plus being made by a "celebrity" probably adds to the cost.
