I don’t know if I just got lucky or if Bolo sells enough of these fast enough the the stock is always rotating in new product, but these flakes seem very fresh. They are dried out of course, but they are a bit softer than most brands I buy at the supermarket. I can usually tell when a bottle of these are “old” and have been sitting around d for a while. The older they get, the harder the flakes become. I can absolutely tell when a bottle is fresh vs old, and these seem like they were just bottled a month ago. I suggest these very much.
