Yes it's watered down soap that has a foam maker in the handle. But it's what I wanted, and can be refilled with whatever soap I choose. For the price I received 6 refillable bottles that dispense foamed soap. Dial soap is also a plus, smells nice. Antibacterial.

this is the ONLY dial soap that is unscented, has no artificial colors or dyes, and is antibacterial, other than the ones that doctors use. could not find it locally anywhere, luckily Bolo saved the day. great for skin cleaning that needs to stay sterile to heal.

Good amount of product for the price. Works well for cleaning my hands, leaving a fresh scent on them afterward. The bottles seems smaller than those I used to find at the grocery store though. Also, I wish that the product information would be printed on the bottle directly, instead of on that cardboard wrap. Once it's removed, it's not possible to know what's inside, and some of my guest don't want to use it because they don't know this is a hand soap.
