It was past time to replace an aging foil shaver, and The Handyman sounded like an attractive option.I like the small size the magnetic protective cover. Took some time to get used to the combination of the long hair leveler and the foil on the same head, but it gives me a nice close shave without a lot of rubbing. (Full disclosure: I have a light beard and don’t know how effective it would be for a heavy beard)Nothing beats a blade for a really close shave, but overall, very happy with this item.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:When manscape came on the market I purchased the personal groomer and it was terrible and I write them off I own several electric shavers and there ok but to Billy for travel searching for a travel shaver lots of option far cheaper than this one but decided to give another chance to manscape and I was not disappointed this is by far the best electric shaver I’ve owned it is pricey but delivers only downfall no travel case or cleaning brush that you get with cheaper models you will be happy with this Functionality:The design makes for ease of use and great balanced weight

I never write reviews but I had to for this. Buy it. I’ve been using a smaller foil razor now for years and I saw this one on Bolo. I bought it just to test it out and I can say that it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Seriously. What used to take me maybe 45 min to shave because I had to be super gentle or else I’d get awful razor burn now takes me 10. No idea how or what’s so different about this design versus another foil razor, but it leaves me with no razor burn at all. The foil piece is longer than the one I used to use but there’s also a trimming part on the other side of this one that kind of pre-cuts the hairs as you shave. It gives me a clean shave, it feels sturdy, and it doesn’t give me any razor burn at all. All I can say is even if this one breaks on me, I’ll buy another. Awesome, awesome product.

Perfect with the Hedge Trimmer. Most of my face is close cropped beard and this cleans up the rest cleanly and easily. Is easy to store because it is so compact which also makes it easy to pack for traveling. I tried Panasonic and Braun. This was by far the best unit!

First off, I enjoyed the idea of this. It's portable, battery seems to be charged when you get it and has a pretty good battery life (not that that really matters too much). But, the first time I used it, itt left a huge razor burn and multiple razor cuts. I put shaving cream before and after shave, the same routine I usually follow. I rarely ever have razor burns/cuts like this. I don't have super sensitive skin (I am a bit acne prone but generally my skin isn't very fragile), but if you have even some sensitive skin, I would 100% avoid this. Just get a normal razor or an electric trimmer. Not worth the money, and didn't even give a clean shave.

My husband loves this product and uses it often. The battery holds well. It is compact and portable for travel. It is hand held size and have saved money when considering paying for disposable razors.
