Spectrum offers reasonably priced monthly plans for my low volume data requirements. The SIM cards have performed well and I get reliable 4G connections with the GPS units. The SIM cards were easy to activate and the online account management is straight forward. The only problem I have experienced with the card was after a few months of inactivity. I sent a help request email to Spectrum SIM and Maria had me sorted out within minutes. Thanks!

I am very impressed by the customer service from this seller. She is definitely trying her best to give the best possible service. The sims card is performing as expected. Never an issue with out of range or failure. When i need sim cards again this is the place o will return to. This seller is an asset for Bolo. Thank you

Using this SIM in a non-conventional device with good results. Installed it into a Naxeon I AM PRO e-motorcycle to enable mobile data access for the bike's navigation system. Customer Service was attentive and very forthcoming with advice. Unfortunately, the bike was a new system and offered no guidelines, so it was hit-or-miss guessing on my part to get it configured using the SIM advice. In the end, it works fine and provides the service it is meant to provide.

I needed a data only SIM card and service for my ATOTO S8 Radio Head unit in my car. I went to VERIZON and found that they are going to charge $35 initial setup fee and $20 per month for data that I may or may not use. I thought this might be a good alternative. $5 for a SIM card seems a bit much, but the ability to refill the card as necessary is a plus for me. I took a chance. I will say that this provider's customer service is stellar. I used their AI Chatbot to get help, it was pretty good. I also sent E-mails and received a human reply within 24 hours. The technical help was accurate and delivered in real English language, obviously was a response from a fluent English speaker. It took a bit of fiddling and some excellent customer support from ATOTO as well. I got the system working and so far, am satisfied. Time will tell if my satisfaction continues, but I see no reason that it would not do so. Data is not cheap, but this is something that the individual will need to weigh in their own situation. Do the math and see if this service will work for you.

After activing the sim card, we were still facing a problem that our DTU did not work properly.The Spectrum representive instucted us how to setup APN patiently by email and finally we fixed the problem. We really appreciate it.

The card arrived on time and had complete instructions for installation and activation. I was putting mine in a Peplink router and somehow got the username and password messed up but Maria was able to talk me thru hire to reset the router and was extremely helpful and patient. She was wonderful.
