I received this electric fireplace as a Christmas gift, and I am absolutely in love with it! Initially, The heater is fantastic for warming up those early mornings while I get ready for work, and the glow of the fireplace creates such a cozy atmosphere.The different settings allow for customization, and I’ve been keeping it on every day without noticing any significant change in my electric bill, which is a huge bonus!I also had a question and needed to call the company—their customer service was nothing short of impeccable. They were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.This fireplace has exceeded all my expectations. It’s functional, beautiful, and an absolute joy to have in my home. Highly recommend!

Color changing, heat producing small faux fireplace insert that has helped spruce up a pretty dated hearth. True to size, the heating element works well in a small space but does make some low mechanical noise when used. Comes with a remote control for all settings as well as manual settings on the front. Backlit “flames” flicker and can be seen well at night.

The media could not be loaded. It’s a good fireplace. You need a dedicated outlet for it or it’s going to make your outlet hot/trip out. Color is good and has heat.

This fireplace is absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations! I couldn’t find the remote so luckily you can change the color on the actual fireplace with the flame button. It fits perfectly.

This arrived quickly and was easy to install. It works beautifully. It's quiet, the remote is easy to use, and it heats the room very well. The only thing to know is that the logs are always lit so if you don't want any light from it then this is not what you're looking for. The "flames" are easy to adjust and reflect off the wall behind the unit which is a rather interesting view that I like. I do intend to replace the gas logs in another room with one of these due to I feel the heat better on the electric plus there aren't any actual flames on the electric logs which are much safer in my opinion.

We used this product all winter long and it worked perfectly. We have a bit of a sunken fireplace so we had to put this on top of logs so that it was higher than the bottom of the fireplace opening. Our couches are about 10 feet away and we felt the heat. Changing colors was a nice function as well. Totally recommend.

Okay, so, positives first:- The lighting effects are legitimately cool. The "flames" cast on the wall behind the unit look pretty dang convincing. The resin logs are clearly fake up close, but from ten feet away or more, it's a pretty realistic effect. I mostly wanted something like this for the look, and not so much for heating the room, as my house's HVAC system is more than capable of heating the place up. So from that perspective it's pretty cool and meets my needs.- It puts out some serious heat. I really didn't care about whether it actually worked well as a heater, but I can tell you that it definitely helps heat up the room. Haven't had it long enough to gauge how much electricity it consumes, however. I wouldn't run the heating element all the time, though.- You set the desired temperature and the thing runs its heating unit until the room has reached that ambient temperature. Then it shuts off, but the lighting effects can continue to run independently of the heater itself. I like that, that's exactly what I was looking for.- When the lights are the only thing running, it is silent. As it should be, of course, but I figured I should mention that regardless.Now the cons:- Despite what the product listing says, it is NOT quiet. Even on the "low power" setting, if the heating element is running, it makes quite a bit of noise. The fan is pretty loud and has a certain whine to it. It's not annoying exactly (I mean it's certainly tolerable, especially if you're watching TV or something) but it's about twice as loud as I wish it was.- The fan noise isn't all, however. The thing makes quite a bit of rumbling noise. Idk how else to describe it. It comes and goes as it runs through its heat cycle. Again, not intolerable but not ideal.The "meh":- I wish it had some kind of simulated log crackling noise. Half the appeal of a real fireplace is the sound of the wood burning. I guess I could get a Bluetooth speaker and have it play crackling wood sounds, but it really strikes me as a missed opportunity that the unit itself can't simulate that sound. If it did, that alone would bump it up to four stars for me.So yeah. I like it overall and I intend on keeping it, but given the cons and the cost of the unit I can't in all good conscience give it more than three stars. If I were going purely off the aesthetics, I'd give it a four, maybe even a five, but the noise level when it's actually heating the room and the lack of log crackling sound keeps it at a three, at least for me.I WOULD recommend it as long as all you care about is how it looks. I just wish it was a bit better overall because it really is neat!
