Everything was either too high not sturdy enough or just not good quality. When she received this she thanked me profusely because it fit the bill it's the right height very sturdy and she feels safe getting on it to get in bed she's about 140-150 lbs. pounds 5'5".

I bought this for an upcoming knee surgery. I have a platform bed and was not able to get up onto the bed with crutches as the bed is very high. This 3” step was perfect now even with using crutches I can safely get into bed. It’s easy to use and to move to other locations as well so I can use it to get into the shower chair too. It’s very sturdy and the slip resistant top is great when your feet are a little wet still from a shower.

This is the shallow step-stool I have needed for a long time to assist me in getting into my friend's vehicle. The platform is larger than I expected, which is fine, and, though lightweight, it is very sturdy. The only thing I would add to its design would be a side-handle.

I thought it said the stool was 5 inches high. It was actually more like 4 inches. This was not a problem for us and the stool worked great! It is very stable and sturdy.

The perfect height to use with a high step. Sturdy and it doesn't slip. I ended up buying three steps. They are a great help stepping up.

need to keep up with PT for a knee replacement while at home. this step is sturdy enough for this, though I wouldn't recommend for over 230 pounds (it flexes). lightweight and easy to move. white (my color choice) means you can leave it out and not worry about tripping over it in a darkened room, plus it's really easy to keep clean. major concern is weight limit. seems like it's a bit misleading.

Liked this so much that I ordered one for a friend who also is older and has a high mattress. Absolutely sturdy as can be. Doesn't move an inch when you put your foot on it. If tripping over things or eyesight is an issue and you have a dark floor, consider getting the lighter color. I find myself using this in the kitchen as well to reach higher shelves. Even my handyman uses it when he comes over. Very pleased with this purchase. I spent a lot of time looking at all those for sale on Bolo. Sometimes I get it right. Sometimes not. Got it very right this time!

i got this step for my 80+year mother to use to get into the vehicle with. she is unable to walk without a walker, and spends most of her time in a regular wheelchair. she needs a little "boost" to get her into the front seat of her suv. this is just the right height AND just the right amount of area/space/top that she feels comfortable stepping up on to in order for her to get in her vehicles passenger seat. it is SO light weight it's easy for me to put down and pick up! her old "step" was 2x4s and 1/2in plywood...HEAVY! i would TOTALLY recommend this step to anyone that needs just a lil boost to get in a vehicle, get in bed, get just a little bit up! it has been a lifesaver for me as i have health issues also. price is great; take a chance on this great product!!

My bed is quite high so this stepper is not too much height, but just enough, to step up with ease. It is strong and stable and the tiny raised bumps make it feel secure and not slippery. Useful anywhere in the house where you need a little extra boost in height. I'm 5' 6 so not short, but not that tall either and this sool is useful for getting a clock off the wall to change or grab something from a top kitchen shelf or for the bed, as stated. Can recommend this with confidence. Nice that it's black so it kinda blends in well and doesn't stick out.

We have one in the car and one for the house. I am short, climbing into the car and reaching higher shelves or even climbing into bed = difficult. These steps give a fighting chance.
