I bought this for my 78 year old sister to help with her 83 husband who has recently started falling. He fell and she said it didn’t work. Now, take into account that she isn’t too strong. So, I guess when thinking of purchasing this item, think who will be using it to pull up someone. I tried

I took care of my elderly mother and she'd spent having troubles getting up this Helps more than I ever thought I have a lot of comments when we go out in the public and they see me help my mother up I would highly recommend this if you have a need

It was a lot shorter than I thought very hard not comfortable at all. Hardly reaches around me. Was very disappointed when you’re back is in a lot of pain the last thing you want is a hard plastic. I don’t pulling your back up. I think just once it’s not meant for back pain patients

It is a really good idea but requires 2 rather strong people. Both friends I sent them to cannot use them because the patients are not strong enough.
